Super satisfying Persian food at this lovely place! The seating area is very clean, nicely set up, spacious and comfortable. Probably some of the best Iranian food I’ve tried in Houston! Staff was quick and attentive! Highly recommended!

Their new location is bigger and nicest. And they keep having the food quality.
As compliment at the begging you receive a plate with mint, parsley, feta cheese and pita.
For appetizer, I like their hummus so much. They offer great grilled food. On my last visit I had the salmon plate with dill rice. Salmon was juicy inside and rice was delicious.

The first time I tried this restaurant, I must say the food was amazing. Service was very good. Nice and clean restaurant with a good atmosphere You must try this place if you are in Houston.

Good food. The bread that they serve is delicious. Beef kabob was okay but could have been improved if it was more charcoal grilled. Beef koobideh was great. Chicken chinjeh was also great. Portion size is big enough. Service was kinda slow.
I had a delightful experience at Avesta Persian Grill! Their kabobs are truly excellent, cooked to perfection with rich flavors. The prices are fair, offering great value for the quality of food. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the convenience of easy parking made the visit hassle-free. Avesta Persian Grill is definitely worth a visit for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Really nice place, it was a little cold today, 69F seems to be too cold… but the food is amazing, our family follow this guy since he was at the other side of this street, always delicious. We had hummus, koobideh, and chicken, perfect to our taste! Great option for Persian food.

This was my first time trying this place and it was really good. The service was good and the place wasn’t super packed even during lunch hour which was nice. It was nice and clean as well! The hummus was really and the beef and chicken were super juicy which is always a good thing. I will definitely be coming back!
The food is delish as always but this was my dad and my first time sitting and dining and Aliyah was amazing at taking care of us and making sure we were happy with everything. We had a great time chatting and spending time at the restaurant

The dining area is beautiful, definitely deserves 5 stars! The food was impeccable, the meat is very tender and just drips off the bone. The rice and the sauce has great flavor and is an absolute pleasure to eat. Overall, a great dining experience, well worth the money!
Came to celebrate a friends birthday and had great food! My first time having Persian food and it was great. Not spicy but very well spiced! Really good food, really nice portion, and very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and great menu selection.
Since I arrived in Houston Avesta has been one of my favorite restaurants, I love the Koobideh that you prepare. I met them at their previous location and from there I fell in love with the food and good service they provide. Now in its new location the excellent food, good service and a great family atmosphere are maintained! Definitely 5 stars!!

The best part is these guys just moved into a new place and I couldn’t be happier. The restaurant is moving much more efficiently and groups of people are able to get seated much more quickly. The decor, the ambience, the food, the presentation, were just all perfect. The restaurant looks super big and it looks super clean. They can accommodate a lot more guest now than before. They have a table hostess that is very prompt and I will quickly get you seated. Their wait staff is very alert and will get you anything you need in a quick manner. I order the chicken sultani combo which came with one beef kabob and chicken berg pieces. It’s always my goto dish. The food came out fresh and hot. The rice was still steaming when it got to my table. I was able to easily melt the complementary butter with the steamy rice - which is always a plus. The dining table area was clean. Their busboy was on point and always ensuring that the tables were picked up after guests have left. The food was delicious as always. Their beef kebab is always my favorite and it’s probably their best selling item. I will always be back for more and I can’t wait to come back again.
Came here tonight with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and I have to say, this place was fabulous! We ordered the tahdig and kashke bademjan as our appetizers. They were both perfectly cooked and so delicious! I ordered the koobideh kabob, and my friends ordered the vegetable delight 3 and fish fillet. This was all so tasty! I highly recommend everything that we ordered tonight. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience! I can’t wait to come back.
Absolutely outstanding. I have never had yogurt soda before so they gave me a sample before I bought it. Such a huge serving, I got 3 meals out of it (with a delicious lentil soup included)
Very good Persian restaurant on the west side of Houston off of Westheimer. I ordered
Tahdig Plain, Chicken Chinjeh Kabob, Cherry Rice. The food was delicious and Kevin the server was very accommodating. I came for the second time and had the shish kabob combo plate and the cherry rice. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ackman was a very attentive and friendly waiter.
