We came in for the first time for dinner on a Monday night. While the menu is fairly limited and it IS a little pricey comparatively, the staff was extremely friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. Coming from someone who has two children himself, it's a shame the ratings are tarnished by a couple of people with bratty, picky children and someone who doesn't like to wait in a line. I had the Chef's Favorite Piada and was quite impressed with the flavor combination. The bisque was great and the piada sticks were unique, although fairly simple in concept. We will definitely be returning to try something else.
An incredible experience today! My kids and I went this afternoon for the 1st time and fell in love. I had the pasta diavolo with fried calamari and the lobster bisque. Kids created their own pasta bowls and had a parmasean stick. It was all very flavorful, colorful and delicious.
The staff was friendly and very understanding of our dietary restrictions. They got the chef to come answer questions for us and he approached us several times to make are we were satisfied.
The atmosphere of the place is trendy and inviting, I felt like I was in another world and my kids were very comfortable as well. The food was different, tasty and quick. A friendly and courteous staff is a definite bonus.
Definitely coming back!
Thank you for coming to Vintage!!!!!
I stopped in after seeing the ads on my feed (which, honestly, I'd forgotten about; I was actually looking for Quizno's!). I had the chef's piada with calamari and a cheese stick along with an Italian soda and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had: flavorful, filling, perfect. One thing that can't be understated enough is that the whole cost of my meal was $15 - about what I would have expected to pay at Quizno's - for a MUCH more filling, delicious affair. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be bringing people with me to expose them to it. Absolutely phenomenal.
My husband and I really enjoy this eatery, it is fast and delicious but not a fast food restaurant. The food is as good as any Italian seated restaurant that you could go to. The combinations are usually flavorful and healthy. There are a lot of choices in are area and we are pleased they are here.
(No reflection on the food, but do wish they had a few padded seats for more comfortable seating for old bones)

I am in love with this place !! The calamari is addicting and the service is amazing!!!
Ate here for the first time today! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was out of this world! Amazing mix of flavors, I will be back!
The food here is absolutely delicious. Mediterranean Power Bowl will make you feel like climbing a mountain; lots of great energy amd tasty goodness going on here. Their Porchetta is also fantastic. I'll dedinitely be a returning customer.
Awesome food and great service. Met Chef Travis and chatted for a few moments. What a really nice person. I would recommend the Harvest Grain & Apple salad!
Great place to eat! The orange pomegranate tea is good!
Been there several times with group. My favorites are Basil Pesto pasta & the Market Salad. They are both to die for.... The staff has always been friendly & extremely helpful.
This place is amazing! The food is simple fresh fast and delicious. It's similarly set up like Chipotle but not as fast because they actually fire the food per order. I had the Pomodoro Pesto meatball, it was really GOOD! I'm definitely going back with my hubs!
Truly impressed with the food, service and atmosphere >:~}
Flavorful, fresh food...excellent service...noticed a lot of purty people eating there, uh, like Ms Ellie!
Walking in, it’s the same concept of a chipotle but Italian fast food.
My little girl ordered the kids spaghetti and meatball and she absolutely loved it. I ordered the chefs special with grilled chicken and it was absolutely delicious , it had a nice kick to it. This place is definitely on the pricey side but it’s great food! So if you’re looking for a quick hot bite this is the place .
It’s clean, comfortable, and a fantastic experience we keep coming back to over and over again. Eduardo is an amazing chef and ensures the highest quality, best tasting food leaves you satisfied!
It’s located in the Vintage across and down from WholeFoods and down from Dunkin.
It’s a solid experience to check out once or keep coming back like the fam and I do.
This is a modern style fast-food type restaurant. The piadas are kind of like an Italian burrito, and the pastas are really good. The decor is clean and pretty minimalist, looks very trendy.
The food is good, the sauces are very flavorful and ingredients fresh. We had the summer piada and the pesto pasta both with chicken. The regular portion for pasta is quite large, making the smaller portion very well priced. I would highly recommend for a quick meal. You can also get to-go and order ahead to make the process even faster.
I wouldn't call it a must go, but it's certainly better than almost all other fast foods. Good place to have in mind for lunch breaks and the like, similar to Chipotle or Salata for me.
Bright and clean place. It is fast food with a limited Italian menu. Fresh veggie. Food is tasty close to a former Italian restaurant but with lower price.
Great place. Clean kitchen and atmosphere. Amazing and patient staff. The food is very tasty as well.
I always thought Italian pasta can never be as HOT as I prefer. Well - I am wrong, try Diavlo pasta and you will love it! They have a nice contemporary decor. My 3 year old loved their kids pasta as well!
Pretty good, can’t complain. Just make sure if it’s your first time to let them know so they can walk you through it. it can be a bit much for your first time.
This was our first visit to Piada although we live nearby. We enjoyed our food. The menu is limited, Which is fine since it keeps it all simple. The prices are reasonable as well. In addition the serving sizes are great as well. I had the basil pesto with grilled chicken and it was really good, my husband got a BLT wrap and he thought it was great. Our son got a kiddie pasta and he too enjoyed it. We both agreed we would return. I took a star away because the womens bathroom really needed a good cleaning. The staff was friendly as well.
The sign of a great eatery is the consistency in.the quality and taste of the food they provide. So far I have had items from here 3 times and each time was welcome with great taste. The fried calamari is great and the oil they use to fry this is of good quality. The Crispy chicken BLT wrap is great too and I would highly recommend it.
Food was great and had a nice staff to recommend items on the menu for new comers. I was really impressed on a favorite from the chef, which was the basil pesto tossed pasta, with grilled chicken! I also added a few extra toppings such as diced tomatoes, red pickled onions, and cilantro. The flavors went so nicely together and the chicken was grilled perfectly! The restaurant was clean and I really liked how the drink station is set up. I took away a star for the rude girl who rung us out. We couldn't hear what she was asking and she then continued to shout at us. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant, so if there was a reason we couldn't hear, it was probably because you need to speak LOUDER! However, that does not necessarily mean you should shout so rudely at your only customer. Bad night much?
WE ATE THE FOOD SO FAST, I DIDN'T TAKE A PICTURE FOR THE REVIEW I KNEW--I JUST KNEW--I WAS GOING TO WRITE! This was our first time trying Piada. I drive past Piada everyday going to and from work. I've always wanted to stop in and try the food but I don't eat out a lot. The building is sleek and modern and yet, warm and inviting. And then you walk in--it all hits you in a good way--the smells, the ambiance, and the greeting from the employees. The large-print menu mounted on the wall above the counter is easy to read, clean lines, contemporary, and just very pleasing to the eye. They also provide a paper menu. I was on my way home and so I was ordering to-go. Since it was my first time, the girl behind the counter was patient and helpful. I ended up getting the Trio Piada and the BLT Piada. I also got two side salads, one with creamy Parmesan dressing the the other with Basil Pesto dressing. All of it was delicious! Five stars! We will definitely be returning customers and we've already started recommending to friends and family.
This is a fun "build your own" style restaurant with great, quality ingredients and some unique flavors. The hot chicken was great on my salad, and a friend ordered the calamari which was phenomenal. I can't wait to go back!
Always consistent with the freshness and flavors!
Good prices and good people serving it.
