Been going to this Luby’s since I was a kid! The food is great and they have the BEST stuffing. The staff is very kind and make this location feel like home. While the area has changed, the interior feels like stepping back in time. It’s welcoming, clean, and I love seeing this team go the extra step by decorating for Thanksgiving & Christmas. I always order my holiday meals from here!

Miss the fresh salads 🥗 but everything else is just like you remember, except for the crowds and the tea cart lady. 🙃 I dined here twice in one week I enjoyed it so much. First trip I had a LuAnn with fried fish, mashed potatoes and broccoli rice casserole with fruit salad for a little sweet at the end. Everything was delicious! The next day my husband was with me and we both got the bacon cheese steak. Yummy! I had broccoli with cheese sauce and fried zucchini. Both were excellent. Hubs got green beans and new potatoes. He said the new potatoes were the best he's ever tasted. The only thing he didn't care for was the white dinner roll. I enjoyed my cornbread. Service was perfect as usual.

The food was awesome as always. The servers kept being interrupted by others making to go orders. It would be nice if there was a specific to go section. Especially on Sundays. It maybe time to update the seats. Some are torn an worn. Overall, the wait staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hope this one never closes. Miss the one in the Woodlands.

My macaroni and cheese was almost cold. My fried fish was delicious 😋 I forgot my debit card 💳 there yesterday, called today and it was safe and will pick it up tomorrow. Out sever an older lady was excellent. Mike Eleazar Salinas

Overall food is always good. Black eye peas needed a little more season and maybe add some onion.

It's amazing to me that cafeterias would ever go out of style, but they are...at least the chain brands are. There aren't many Luby's left, so I always try and enjoy one when I happen to come across one. The people are what make this location a place to return to. They are upbeat, joyful, and attentive...Even in the horrible heat of those steam tables! When you combine that kind of service with such a variety of food choices, I'm just not sure why they fell out of popularity. Perhaps it's the rising price point for a complete meal and dessert? The quality and taste of the food I ate was only slightly not like I recall it being, but that's pretty much every single place you go out to eat these days. Carry on Luby's! Live long and prosper.

Took my family here last night and we enjoyed the Baked White Fish dinner combo. It was delightful and delicious!! The sides food were good but the dessert strawberry cream crepes didn’t taste freshly made at all. It tasted stale. Overall: Good dinner.

Visited Luby's for Thanksgiving dinner, and the food was delicious. The seating area was not at capacity, but there was a line of about 50 people waiting to get their food. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

This is my favorite location & the food is always good when I go here. Sometimes the food lacks seasoning or is too salty, but majority of the time it’s spot on. If you have not had the Green Chili Chicken soup you are definitely missing out! It’s only served on Tuesday & Thursday & I take full advantage! Too bad they don’t do my favorite all you can eat breakfast anymore! I hope they never close because I love Luby’s!

It's strange to recall a time where a line might be out the door to eat a meal at a cafeteria. To walk in and find no lines and the huge dining room virtually empty boggles my mind. You can't find any friendlier or harder working staff than at the few cafeterias left in town. This one does a great job. I just wish so much wasn't already in some kind of plastic container. If I'm dining in, I want plates and bowls to eat off of, and those dessert portions are getting smaller and smaller. Don't change from what made you great!

Havent been here in a while but It's Lubys!!! My GO TO is Liver and onions Which is always good. I get gravy on the The side cause some days it's suspect. Hubby tried the seafood pattie - it was greasy. The Mashed Potato are usually good but this pan had random salt spots Meaning some spoons were ok and others were salty. My raspberry Tea taster musty likr the Tube haven't been cleaned in a while. Even the Coke Zero had a lil after taste... Dessert is the one thing they can't mess up on !!! The cheesecake or strawberry short cake - we took the both home.... one was fresh and yummy but the shortcake had old dry and dank Strawberries ... the shortcake part was good.... our server was really nice and bubbly she was from Louisiana, I'll go back because of her service and the liver and onions!!
