Absolutely top-notch service!!! We were there around 11:15 . The staff were very nice. From greetings to taking food orders. Foods were prepared a decent amount of time. Our server was really good. We really enjoyed the service and food a decent will be back again with my friends. SERVER: Wilma was simply amazing!!!! Will be going back again for sure... Top 5 stars rating from me.
Red Lobster is a great stop for anyone looking for great quality seafood! This location, on Hwy 6, represented very well for the company. Red Lobster has always been a regional favorite, and, it felt so special to get to experience the food there once again! Thank y'all very very much for the Perfect service we received!!!
Wonderful service. Excellent foods. Attentive Staff and the Lobster Tank was nice and full. The endless shrimp was delicious the fish and chips could've used a bit of seasoning but it was good.

I ordered the make your own combo with coconut shrimp and scallops. The coconut shrimp was excellent, but the scallops left little to be desired, so the waitress kindly let me pick another option which I got the shrimp scampi was not able to eat all of it because the portions are large, so I took the shrimp scampi home and at least it looked and smells good.

I recommend the endless shrimp. $25 and it's all you can eat shrimp from about 8 different styles. I was skeptical but was actually pretty decent. I likes the garlic ones the most. The coconut shrimp were good as well. The other ones I liked were on a bed of rice, but honestly that one comes with about 3x as much rice as it should. The popcorn shrimp came with cocktail sauce which I think is kind of weird, so I asked for tartar sauce with them instead. When I got the tartar, it was the grossest tartar sauce I've had, so if you want to eat your shrimp with tartar make sure you bring a bottle of it with you because their tartar sauce will break your heart. The salad was pretty good that I got with a drink for an extra $5 but I like dressing so I really should have asked for a second cup of it for my salad. I had the ranch dressing and it was pretty good. The waiter was prompt about shrimp refills, so that was nice to not have a lit of down time between plates. Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience for the money spent. I highly recommend trying the endless shrimp at least once.
Went in the middle of the day on a Wednesday! Service was amazing, food was great. Everything came out fast and hot. Mohamed was awesome, so nice and friendly. He gave menu suggestions that were perfect for my cravings for the day! I will definitely return to this location for the world class service!
My sister and I went to this location because it was close to where we were staying. We were seated promptly and Key, our waiter, took out drink order. We told him we were there for endless shrimp so he immediately took our food order as well. He was very polite and kept refilling our beverages and he also kept our endless shrimp orders coming. We really liked the service at this location and will definitely be back next time we're in Houston. Five stars for excellent service.😋🍤🥤👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I put atmosphere as a 4 because you do NOT want to park at the back. There are some homeless who have setup camp in the back of the park in lot. Didn’t see a rolling security patrol but did see some homeless walking around with a full shopping cart.

Took the family to Red Lobster for the very first time to try their endless shrimp, and we had such a great experience. Sade was our server and she was so sweet, kind, attentive, and quick. We all got the endless shrimp and tried some of the different varieties, which was all fresh and tasty. Overall great experience and would love to go back.

What a surprise. I had gone to a different Red Lobster location about a month or so ago and wondered if it would be the same quality of food and service at another location so I deliberately set out to find out and am so glad I did. This Red Lobster out off Hwy. 6 close to Westheimer Rd excelled in all aspects tonight. The difference in the taste of the food and service was night and day compared to that other location off Hwy. 290.
They were busy but the host sat us right away and had a great attitude. The server approached the table immediately and was extremely attentive, fantastic attitude, prompt in all aspects and you could tell she was customer oriented and loved her job.
The kitchen was great as well getting food out fast, hot, tasty and plated nicely (which was very, very disappointing at the 290 restaurant).
Overall I think the server "YOLANDA" is what made the main difference because of her energy and welcoming demeanor, it really does make me want to come back to that particular location again and again... which from the Museum district, it's a good 30 minute trip but worth it.
Yum, I haven't been here in a while.... Those cheddar bay biscuits are the best. I had the new Lobster and Shrimp tacos ohhhh sooooo GOOD... We were seated promptly and the service was great. 😋
