I love Potbelly! We don't have one anywhere near where we live. So anytime we're in a city that has one, we make sure to make a stop.....or two. My kids weren't familiar with Potbelly and they too enjoyed their sandwiches. After finishing our meal, we got a couple of their amazing shakes, which they make with real ice cream. Writing this review is making me hungry. Think I'm going back now.

I received outstanding service from Martin, a manager at this location. I was having a rough day and Martin personally made my dining experience an excellent one. He is truly a good person and an asset to the company. I will visit this restaurant more often in the future because of this experience. Thank you, Martin!

Food is always great. Fast service. Nice seating area. The young lady making the sandwiches tonight was especially friendly and helpful. She made it a very pleasant experience.
Wow. Enjoyed this turkey club completely. The broc and cheddar soup on the side was phenomenal. My husband had the chicken sandwhich. Awesome flavor and the loaded potatoe soup had real ingredients in it. Enjoyed this fully!!!!
It was good. They open for breakfast in the food court and are way cheaper than the hotels in you are staying in the galleria. The food is very good and the price is extremely reasonable.
They keep their word. Even with a long line, I had lunch in less than eight minutes. One of the better sandwiches around.
