Este jack ke esta en la rischmond ..es como si estuvieras en casa..tenemos llendo a ese lugar casi 6 años..desde ke nos mudamos a ese distrito..un exelente personal..siempre..mui buen servicio..la comida exelente..y sobre todo el personal..de primera..te acen sentir como en casa...felisidadez...

I came here late night and had the privilege of being served by a lady named Myesha. She was so nice and had above and beyond customer service. I wanted to do the survey but I misplaced the receipt.
Loved the "bbq bacon double cheeseburger combo" for just 4.99 $, it don't see too big, but with fries and drink, will fill your stomach enough to wait for a 5 pm meal. The place is nice, and the people who work there have a very good attitude and a big smile in the face, it was a really relaxing experience.
You know McDonald's is my spot for coffee. However this morning I was in a crunch handling my grandson and didn't have an opportunity to stop by McDonald's. Plus the McDonald's app for some reason did not want to load they were all kind of error messages being read long story short Jack in the Box coffee not as good as McDonald's but I made it work.
I am giving this employee name Candace a 5-star review because I just left there after picking up my food and she’s killing it all by herself. This lady definitely deserves a raise. She had tons of customers and she knocked them down one by one. People don’t normally appreciate fast food employees but I honestly do and I really appreciate her work ethic for her to be able to run this place by herself.
The staff does a good job at dealing with the homeless and the food is good for fast food. I think the a/c is out because it was hot inside the restaurant.
Would be much better if the bums were not hanging out outside.
Service with a smile. The young man at the drive thru window was very pleasant. I accidentally dropped my credit card and without hesitation, he came outside to pick it up for me. Now that's what I call great customer service. The food was great too.
I go here on late nights and the staff is always so nice my order is always correct and the food is good only they don't toast my sourdough bread like at all it looks like regular bread but that's the only thing so they still get 5 star
I love Jack in the box. The vegetables are always crisp on the sandwich instead of limp like one gets when they are premade and sit around. The fries were good, hot and delicious. I ate off the dollar menu for about 5 bucks. Jr. Burger, fries, and beverage. Smiling attendant at window. Pleasant experience.
