We came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I started with the Bacon Parmesan. It was like a chicken parmesan with a distinct porkiness. It didn't taste like bacon to me though. I follow that with the Fried Chicken Sandwich. This is a tasty sandwich. I enjoyed it because fried chicken is my favorite. I had to end the meal with a cheesecake. This cheesecake was creamy and tasty. The blueberry sauce drizzled over the top was fantastic. The restaurant has a full bar. I had hoped to sit outside, but it was too hot to be comfortable.
My Husband and I decided to try B.B Lemon for Brunch and we are so glad we did. There is street and valet parking. The food was really good and customer service was as well. There was about a 15 minute wait due to the fact we did not have reservations and requested to sit indoors. There was plenty of seating outdoors and would be enjoyable during the cooler months. I love the Parisian style rattan chairs and that the tables are covered under tents with plenty of fans. We ordered the frosé for our drinks and it was nicely mixed even though it came out of the machine. I highly recommend this drink because it wasn’t too strong, it wasn’t too weak and it was the perfect beverage to drink in the Houston Heat. My dish was the Limoncello pancakes with the Hash Browns. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious especially with the hint of lemon. Tasted almost like a lemon cake. The hash browns did not disappoint as well. They were nicely seasoned and both of these dishes were enough to feed two people. My husband ordered the Banana pudding French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was enough for three people to share. Upon leaving there is a stand where they have a tray with lemon drop candies and matches which I thought was a nice touch to go with the whole restaurant lemon theme. We plan on coming back with family for Sunday brunch.
We went for Easter lunch and the restaurant was very accommodating with our larger party reservation. We did experience a mess up and they forgot to put in my husband’s order. However, the manager came over and apologized and offered to not only compensate us with a free entree but a free dessert as well. I was able to modify my cocktail (Raspberry Beret) into a mocktail, their grilled cheese and tomato soup was amazing. The fish & chips were delicious and the fish was perfectly fried, without being greasy. We will definitely be going back.
I went on a Sunday afternoon. We started off with the tuna tartare (came with house made chips) and blue crab beignets, they were both amazing. I had the Salmon BLT which had an over easy egg on top and plenty of crispy bacon. It was very flavorful. There was plenty of seating, there is minimal seating inside. Outside they have canopies and lots of fans to help with the Houston heat. They had a DJ playing music to add to the Sunday brunch vibe. There is a parking lot for the restaurant with valet. Great place, will be back to try other amazing dishes
Delicious food. Superb drinks. Atmosphere was good just had two extremely loud table behind us talking very loud. Will give this place another try and see if it changes.
The service was AMAZING. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I took my friend who flew in from out of town here and we really enjoyed it. The place is has a cute charm to it.
The onions strings were a little too oily for my friend and I.
However, the Wagyu Patty MELT was so juicy and delicious.
Chicken Lollipop, loved.
Blue Crab beignets, if you’re a seafoodie person you will like it.
Cheesecake & Banana Pudding, loved.
We both also really enjoyed our cocktails: espresso martini and manhattan.
Great atmosphere. The smash burger was very full flavored and filling. The string fried onions were crispy and well battered. Great Margherita and Moscow. Fantastic service
We dined outside on the huge patio. It was very pleasant. Almost like being in someone’s backyard.
The service was knowledgeable and attentive.
The cocktails, beer, and wine selections are overly sufficient.
The food is very good. We ordered Tuna Tartare 4/5, Chicken Lollipops 5/5, Smashburger 5/5, Fried Chicken Sandwich 5/5, French fries 4/5, and cheese cake 5/5.
Really nice place, we had lunch outdoor, it was very hot but they have some fans so it was quite nice. We had french onion soop and chicken lollipops as starter, they were amazing, and at the end the salmon BLT with fries, which was very good too, although is very big and not very comfortable to eat, nevertheless the flavor was very good, fries were perfect. Will be coming back to try other things
Came here for the Eat Drink HTX because my friend picked the spot.
The place is cute with a whole bunch of seating space, especially outside. They sat us down and we waited a good 5 minutes until someone came to acknowledge us, the server was nice but I'm not sure why the service was too slow. The food however was delicious, we enjoyed our meal very much. Due to the service I would have given this place a 3 but the food saved the day. They do have valet at the parking lot beside the restaurant.
Visited this place for quick bites and drinks before brunch. The drinks were amazing, and our bar tender was amazing as well. Cute spot for drinks. I didn't enjoy the apps as much.
Amazing experience! My friends and I were at B.B. Lemon this past weekend to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the cornbread waffle topped with pulled pork. Can't wait to come back and try the crawfish hash!
Atmosphere was very nice. When Houston has that perfect weather sitting outside is the thing to do, and this is the place to do that here. Our waiter was amazing, and answered all our questions. My coworkers said the smashburger and hamburger were delicious. I had the fried chicken sandwich w/slaw and honestly it was so light and tasty 😋. I loved how it didnt taste like most fried food (greasy). The slaw gave it that extra ummhmm to it. Evidently our drinks had to be good given we orderd several of them, and our waiter even suggested the perfect tequila lemon drop shots for my b-day. To end it off he brought me a delicious light tasting banana pudding with a candle. I will be back.
Nice bar for food and drinks. Really cool outdoor setting and they have a new tap wall with a bunch of TAPS and you pay by ounce. We enjoyed our time there less crowded than some of the other places 10-15 minutes away. This is the same owner as the other BB restaurants so quality is high
This has become our place. It is not often we afford ourselves appetizers except for here. I love the clam chowder in the bread bowl. And he loves the watermelon salad. Martinis are always on order.
This place was delish! I got the watermelon salad which is basically just watermelon with feta and cilantro lol but a great combination! For my meal I had the smashburger which was delicious and all their meat is wagyu beef. I also had a tasty frozen drink with mezcal which was perfect for this Houston heat! We sat outside because the inside was packed and although it was insanely hot the patio had shaded areas and fans. The service was great definitely recommend.
Great place fora quick bit. Yummy food. Recommend the fish and chips. Service was great.
Annoying that you have to valet even when the lot is empty. And when you don't have cash for a tip they do accept credit.
