I was eating breakfast at this location today and I got up to leave and I accidentally spilled my coffee on the table and seat, which was completely my fault. I told the lady at the front counter about what happened and apologized for making a mess. I asked if I could order another coffee and I was willing to pay for it. She was very polite and kind to me and said I didn't have to and gave me a new coffee free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and said thank you. I will definitely be back to this location to support them.
I live very close to this specific McDonald’s and since I’m a grandpa, I love to take my grandchildren here for them to play. I come very early in the morning because their coffee is excellent and very affordable. The playground is very clean and great for the kids, it’s always empty so the kids really enjoy it.
Stopped in for chicken nuggets and delicious fries. Played air hockey while we waited and used the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in a McDonald's. Great experience.
Great customer service, fast service. Very clean. 4 starts only because my order was wrong but fixed right away. Food was fresh.Great pay area for the kids. Definitely coming back.

Ordered a take-out at the inside counter and I must admit, Lufkin locations are much friendlier staffing. The food was good and hot. I would've given 5 stars if the staff was a bit more friendly and positive. I do believe that I was the only one to say "Thank you" upon leaving. Positive attitudes go a long way and I guess maybe the person taking my order just wasn't a morning person...not am I but I'm a paying customer.
