Food is just fantastic! every meal is prepared at the moment with very fesh ingredients. I asked my meal to not be very spicy, as I am not used to spicy food, they understood perfectly what I as looking for. Attention is also great. I am addicted to this place! I stongly recommend this place to everybody :)

I don't usually leave feedback but I thoroughly enjoyed all items ordered at chai shai when I visited for the second time today. Definately recommend the zinger burger and would have to say chai Shai has the BEST Kashmiri chai I have had ever! MashaAllah lovely food and excellent service! Recommend to all!
Great place! So far tried the mango chicken chaat! Tell them u want it spicy also tried their omelet quesadilla and paratha really tasty! Must give this place a try and also try their Kashmiri chai. I'm loving their menu creativeness and great service! Which I really count when going to desi places. It's all about the customer service and tasty food :p Also just be patient for your food it's worth the wait . Two thumbs up for chai shai :)

Apart from their subs, snacks, rolls etc... Their Catering is equally as delicious as their speciality items(Club Sandwich, Hunter Beef Sandwich, Pizza Paratha).

The Kashmiri Chai Tea was the best I ever had. It was so rich and had just the right amount of nuts. It was crazy busy but the guy at the counter was so nice. I'm for sure coming back!
Great chai. Good samosas. This location is inside world food. Always stop by when doing my groceries in here. We go to the other location as well. Good service. Great chaat. The wife likes the zinger burger in the other location as well.
Customer service is top of the line and the chicken club sandwich is pretty good but I personally think It needs more spice to it...chicken samosa was of the chain but the portion of the samosas was very small or tiny... elachi chai was good too

One of the tastiest Pakistani foods and Chai you will find in Houston. Keema Paratha is to die for. I live in Dallas and whenever I go to Houston, I get bunch of food from this place. It's the only place my family and friends really like. Try it out! This is so under rated. Deserve 4.9
I was thoroughly impressed with Saif. He was very welcoming as soon as we entered. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, courteous and professional. The food was excellent. I'll definitely be returning to this amazing establishment. Saif provided the best customer service that I've received in a very long time.
Been here on more than one occasion and every time the experience has never been anything short of amazing. They have a diverse menu and honestly everything tastes great. Pizza Paratha and Bun Kebab are just a couple of my personal favorite items. The Chai, as the name suggests, is an impeccable way to put some icing on their great food. Highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Kudos Chai shai!

Ordered Cheese burger, Philly steak and zinger burger and aaloo samosa, all items are excellent, we tried their classic kulfee, that was a hit, must try. Anas and Saif both are very friendly and explaining every detail about their menu. I will defiantly recommend and will visit them soon again.

Loved their pani puri..that pani(sont) has a unique flavor..Also tried their broast, club sandwich, papdi chaat and chicken zinger burger. Everything was tasty over there. I'll definitely plan another trip to Houston for that pani puri :)

Chai Shai is the reason to come to Houston, Texas! The best desi food I have had since leaving Pakistan. Just really, really good stuff. Excellent, homemade, real-deal parathas that melt in your mouth. The methi puri is to die for. Really thoughtful staff, love that they ask whether you want ice in your water. Friendly & outstanding service. Love love love!

For the past year my family and I make sure to visit Chai Shai when ever we come down to Houston. Food may take some time to come BUT that's because it's fresh, hot and delicious!! Personal favorites are samosa chaat, ALL the burgers, beef kabab, mango shake, and of course the fresh chai!! Best thing about them is they cater to everyone's taste; spicy, mild, American, desi, savory or sweet. You name it, you got it.
Great quality food with many options, jalapeño burger is absolutely amazing. Service was fast and friendly and food was very well priced. Definitely coming back!!
