The Baristas are so nice at this location. We chatted about the new frozen refreshers and gave me a recommendation to order it with Frappuccino based if I don't like Icy. I'll definitely go back to this location. ☕️

This was my first visit to this Starbucks and I’m certainly glad I visited. It opened early. At 4:33am there were already 4 cars in front of us in the drive through. I only went for a Pink Drink and it was just perfect. Recently I’ve been served pale, anemic looking drinks at other stores but this one was exceptional. I didn’t go in so have no idea about the atmosphere and I ordered no food so I really can’t write about that either but the drink I had was perfect!
The staff here make this the best place to start my day. A genuine, kind, and friendly team make for a great Starbucks. Love stopping in here.
I came a few weeks ago and Kim recommended a great alternative for my drink since what I usually order wasn’t available. It was so good! Every time I come to this location they never miss! There is a Starbucks location down the street from my job and I will stop midway to come to this location. A smiling face and positive vibe is the best way to start every morning, thank you guys!
Tried the Iced Apple Crisp Macchiato and it tasted just like apple pie and liked it a lot. The service was friendly. Been here couple times and always hard to find a parking space which is a drawback.
The best time to visit is in the morning. It is quiet and lots of available seats. Staff was friendly and very attentive.
This Starbucks is conveniently located across the street from Walmart and Sprouts. It has a rectangular floor plan with a long barista counter on the left as you walk in and small tables on the right. Half-dozen people are usually focused on their laptop computers when you walk in.
$2.65 for a medium (grande) black coffee seems a little high. Starsbucks cost is probably .25 for the coffee to make the drink and maybe .25 for the paper cup and sleeve. Unless you are a drive thru customer, I guess you are paying for the ambiance. They do make excellent coffee. I'd visit more often if I could afford it.
Always fast and friendly. I come here fairly often and will usually go out of my way even when other Starbucks are closer to me. They are so nice there. It is small but cozy!
I normally go to one Starbuckss every day where they know me and my drink so I was nervous to order it somewhere else lol. This one was great! The employees were super friendly and keeping the people waiting informed of whose drinks were coming up. My drink was made perfectly. 10/10
Plain black coffee is just bad. You'd think Starbucks would take the time to have a good base. Turns out that's not the case. Shame. Staff were amazing though!
Whoever made my drink yesterday 10/10 I been to this location a couple times and the drink always stays on point staff is pretty chill.

I just wanted to highlight some super starts at your Height’s location.
In a day and age where customer service is dead. It’s very much alive at the Houston Heights location. I wanted to take time and thank you all for hiring great people like Saaji, DJ, and Gennis. They understand that every dollar counts in the tough economy, and they handle each guest's situation with such love and care. I am thankful for them, and they allow me to make room in my budget to buy overpriced coffee happily; they make it worth it.
Lastly, George remembers me by name. He always greets me; he remembers minor details of my life that we chat briefly about. As a former Restaurant Training Manager (8 years), George takes great pride in his work, and it shows no matter how busy they are, he’s always helping out and ensuring every interaction goes well. I am thankful to see leaders like George helping and interacting with employees and customers. You’ve got something special going’s at the Heights location. My family and I are thankful for this fantastic team.
