Happened upon a wonderful sushi bar while waiting for services at the neighboring Vet Hospital, was within walking distance. And, super close to Ikea if you’re hungry after shopping! Cute place for a date-night or grabbing a quick bite to eat while out and about.
Over all sushi quality is decent for the price point. We had ordered the beef teriyaki but it wasn’t all that good. Felt like it’s not freshly cooked. Just been reheated. The meat is really dry.
This is an OK place for sushi. Some of the circulating pieces were not fresh. During my visit it was especially challenging get server's attention, as I literally had to wave her down after seeing her walk by 3 or 4 times. The owner was attentive and asked if we needed anything right away. Selection seems to be great and it could be a fun place for a large company.
Food was real good, they kept a variety on the belts at all times. Service was pretty good as well! It was our first time at a converter belt sushi and we will definitely be returning!
Not fantastic and it’s not bad too. Food service was fast. Tempura ice cream was a little disappointing as the batter was soggy.
My waitress CiCi was amazing. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. I needed to order from the menu and she made sure it all was correct. My favorite roll is the fire roll. It was stuffed and cooked to a perfect golden brown crisp. Will def always be one of my favorite spots.
Nice place different like the conveyor belt! Hawaiian was the best thing we ate bread balls not that great don't recommend. We got something from each color plate good servings. Recommend better dessert options and the music did not go with the atmosphere for my date night at a sushi restaurant. But over all good experience and the Itamaes (guys making the sushi rolls) where nice !
Small place in a strip center, quiet, clean, good food and great service.
The food is amazingly delicious and cheap! It comes out on this conveyer belt or you could offer off the menu. While I was there I had a like 4 plates from the belt, two plates of sushi and a bowl of fried rice off the menu for two people and it all came out to less than $100!
Have been here 7-8 times, and always had a good meal at a great price, especially during happy hour. However almost always have the same server, a younger lady, who never smiles, is short, rude, and generally unfriendly. That usually doesn't bother me, and we always leave about %20 tip of course. Except for tonight, I recently had my card phished and shut down, the partner had forgot hers. So we ask to use apple pay, they dont have it available, so we scrounge up every dollar and dime in our wallets to perfectly pay the tab in cash. This server looks at us, goes "wow, so much change..... no tip?" which we respond yes to, and apologize, but all we receive is a dirty look and she walks away to never return.
I would give 0 stars for the service of the place, but one of the times we came in we had a nice lady who was a bit older with amazing service.
I found this place through a Google Maps search. I'd never been before, so I was a little skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is great! I had the chicken hibachi, while my daughter had the shrimp tempura and udon noodles. The place also features a conveyor with different types of sushi, appetizers and desserts. I liked it and will make this a regular spot!
Good sushi. Especially if you're into the whole moving sushi bar scene. Kids would be interested in it. Good location too. Right off 10.
Coworker and I had lunch today. The conveyor belt style is a fun and festive way to have sushi. We did have a little bit of sake to make the afternoon fun. #JoeFoodTour #HowdyFromHouston #ThePropertyJoes
Brought a member of our business group to experience the awesome and whimsical dining experience. Love the blue light ;-)
