I was at this location, I noticed that the staff asked one of the customers to leave as he was not wearing a mask as mandated by the city. I was very surprised as to how strictly the no Mask no service policy is implemented by this subway outlet. I'm very satisfied 😃.

Thanks so much to manager Carmen for taking the time to call when my son left his phone behind. Not everyone would. When I went to pick it up hours later, the only guy there knew about it and looked all over until he found it. This is a place with both a manager and staff who care about their customers. It goes a long way!

Love the atmosphere, music and food. Energetic friendly and delicious. Had the wings, grits and biscuit. I made a little sandwich out of some of the wings and it was great. The fried chicken was wonderful.

By far the best subway I have tried. The one I am referring g to is on Holman at the corner of Fannin. Usually a visit to subway is a long drawn out affair considering the goal is a sandwich. They should pay their people for speed because most subways are slow as dirt. This place is more like a pit crew at the Indy 500. In a shocking, edgey move, the two people on duty worked as a team I couldn't believe it. When I saw the crowd I was figuring a half hour to get out of there with the loaded buns, there were taking my order almost immediately and had me out of in just a few minutes. The other thing that was great about this place, especially compared to most subways, the sandwich good with a the right balance among.the ingredients. There was just one weird thing. The person taking my order pretended to accidentally pull plain white buns from the thing they keep them on. When she asked me what kind of bread used the terms "multi grain" and "whole", mumbling hoping she would help with the precise term for that type of bread used at Subway (I don't stay abreast of terms for common items for each place I shop. When I asked of those wondrbread buns were the kind I said, she suddenly shifted to a faster gear. A few minutes later, she discussing the order queue with the other employee, and reticent and waved her off as if there were considerations driving her rad situation that she did not want to discuss.. Al's well that ends well, this ended great.

5 stars for me leaving and never going back, this place sucks. I dont know if the the employee who treated me poorly was the manager, but this needs some serious change. Learn how to treat people with respect subway

Service is awesome 👍.The homeless are harmless, they are a part of our Diverse, community in HOUSTON. Thank Your GOD ,for NOT BEING PERFECT. THIS SUBWAY ROCKS IN AND OUTSIDE.

Service is amazing, but the owner or manager that run this store need to give its employees enough bread and chips to ge them through their shifts since this location is incredibly busy all the time.
