Best little Salvadoran spot in Spring Branch. The Pupusas were yummy. The food is made to order and they accommodate to request.
Visiting Houston from Chicago and my friends and I where hungry and Rosie’s was the first place we saw. Not to appealing from the outside but when you walk in it looks way better. I ordered a cheese and beans pupusa, a steak taco, shrimp cocktail and some chips and guacamole. They always say the little neighborhood joints be the ones that have the best food. The meat on the taco was well seasoned my shrimp cocktail was a bit spicy for me but still delicious. My pupusa was also good. And the guacamole omg just the way I like it with lots of
Lime. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the horchata. It could of been a bit sweeter for me. I definitely would recommend this place.
First time here, loved it.
This is Spanish speaking restaurant. I don't think they have many English only customers coming in. When you get there, sit down and they will bring a menu. It will take a while. They will figure out what you want, be patient. It will take a while for chips and salsa, but it's worth it. Your food will take a while, but, sooo good. Beautifully cooked chicken, great papusas, steaming bowls of sauce and cold picked cabbage. Everything is cooked to order and in-house made. It takes a while. The communication isn't the best. They do watch you eat (it's because they care what you think).
I loved every minute of being uncomfortable and changing to feelings of fulfillment & happiness, and being in a place where they care about what they put in front of you.

Everything is truly authentic, made with ingredients and recipes that have been used in the homes of El Salvador for ages. You experience a taste of cultural history.
Classic Mexican place. Great tacos and classic fair at a great price.
They know here and always verify my order and bring it to me. Quaint little mom and pop restaurant.
Tamales and yuca frita are good.
The food was great, the service was on point, the place was clean and they treated me like they knew me. Even though I can't speak or understand Spanish, I didn't feel out of place. Great cook's. Don't sleep on this place. Check it out for yourself.
I have eaten at this place almost every Saturday an we love it. Homemade SALVADORIAN food. The food is amazing and the staff is so great. I have read the previous comments and dont understand why they lie. Like I said I have been going here for more than a year everytime the service and food have been great
Food here is ok , me and my family love pupusas from there especially Tuesday they're $1.00 all day , and we're a mexican family....
The prices are good . Compared to other salvadorian restaurants in the area.
The pupusas were great and there are many menu options. Service was kind. The food took a bit long, but it is made to order.
First time. The food was very good. They prepared it as we were waiting. It had not been sitting under a heat lamp or in a freezer waiting to be warmed
Great food. Don't go for an experience
