We love Wendy's food, always have but the manager of this location is so mean š I know I laugh but that's how mean he is, he's so mean it has turned into a darn joke with us. He will not take certain coupons, and will make it very clear! He will only give 1 ketchup packet per order of fries, 1 jelly packet per breakfast sandwich, he is a very unpleasant man, but it's a clean store and the food is always fresh and hot so we keep going back.
I ordered a small chili no cheese add jalapeƱos and onions. I didnāt see the jalapeƱos in my chili at first so I went in barking at the lady about it & she kept saying she did put them well I got back to my truck and stirred my chili up she was right. My bad she did put the jalapeƱos. The food is great customer service is great thank you!
Super quick with orders and always deliver great customer service. Almost drove off without a part of our order and they kindly called out to us and we were able to retrieve the missing items. Really good food, always served nice and fresh.
Good Fast Food, definitely hits better than McDonald's and you get more bang for your buck!
This Wendy's is co-located with a Love's Truck Stop. They have a large open dining room.

The drive-thru here is your best option because this restaurant is connected to the Love's truck stop. The shop is kept up well but the neighborhood is less than desirable more often than not. The actual neighborhood surrounding this place is pretty nice to the west of 45 and decent to the east. But this place attracts a lot of vagrants and occasionally other unsavory characters that make it unpleasant to get in and out of. The staff is cordial but usually not super excited about being there. The food quality is average to good depending on the time of day and who's working.
Probably the cleanest Wendy's I've ever been in. The staff is very friendly and greets every customer the same, with a smile and a good afternoon Sir or Ma'am. Very professional ladies. Food was also perfect. Again, best Wendy's I've been to in a long time. They truly set the standard. Well done!

Best fast food experience I can remember. The manager at this location is "hands- on", making sure our difficult order ( my husband gets loads of extras on everything!) was made to perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food actually looked like the pictures! He got the triple bacon pub burger and I got the taco salad. We both got an order of the garlic fries. Only thing they didn't have was the peppermint for the frosty.. We were bummed. But not enough to take away from this rating. Hot and delicious. Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me. And I just don't give out 5 stars.. They earned it! Sorry no pics but it was just too good to stop for a photo opp.

One of the only "fast food" chain companies that has something the whole family enjoys . One of my all-time favs, is the chocolate 'Frosty,' which I sometimes like to change up to vanilla.. definitely a MUST if you have never tried.
