Great Service! Very polite. I ordered a cookie cake for my son's birthday and since I wanted the cake to have customized icing (karting car) I made the order by phone. Every time I had a question, they were responsive and willing to answer every question, they were able to correspond on the personal level by allowing me to send pictures/drawings of the image. Very pleased with the final results, the team in the bakery went extra mile to make the icing image look authentically. Definitely recommend this place.
Came through Clutch! I used to work in Greenway Plaza and would grab a cookie on occasion and they were always delicious and the staff very friendly. Just yesterday I called with a last minute request for a Full Sheet Cake with specialty designs on it for a customer I had just brought on board. I spoke directly with Jessica the Manager and she had me text her the images I wanted on the cake and said she can make it happen. Boy did she! Within 2 hours I was there picking up the cake and since I paid over the phone, the transition was smooth! Highly recommend and got great compliments from my customer. (icing in photo got a little messed up from the 30 car ride between the store and my final destination)
I bought a snickerdoodle cookie, and it tasted really good. It was sweet, but not too sweet and left me wanting another one. (The Starbucks is irrelevant)
New owners are very friendly. Team is friendly too. Very clean looking. Food was excellent. Cookies were delicious.
