Very nice looking interior, they have a few unique features such as the water drop like ceilings. The ambience is a little noisy during rush hours, but after that, it's a nice and calm environment.

--- Matcha Fresh Milk ($3.75): 4/5 ---
A very well balanced drink, the matcha flavor and milk blended together perfectly while not being overly sweet. They also added just the right amount of matcha so you can taste it in every sip, but not overpower you. My only complaint would be the amount of ice, which was a little more than the normal amount.
--- Iced Milk Grass Jelly ($3.50): 2/5 ---
Probably one of the most generically bad drinks of all time... unlucky! So when they say "Iced Milk," they really mean it, literally cold milk with grass jelly. Now, this drink wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the obvious lack of flavor, like the drink had less flavor than the milk I have at home, thinking.

= Price / Service =
Average service for a boba shop, nothing out of the ordinary, bad or good.
Prices are average I suppose, you'd think it's cheap when you order, but the drink is pretty small unless you tell them to make it large, which is 50¢ more.

5/5 atmosphere for both quiet music volume and great music choice. Excitingly unique tea flavors with right amount of concentration, made within 5 min. Staff are really nice towards customers! I’ve seen them hand out free snacks, let a group of ladies do a hot pot social in the shop, and give out a free milk tea drink to a customer whose waffle order got delayed.
The tea here is excellent! I always ask for less sugar since the boba is made with honey or a sweetener. Highly recommend the tea with brown sugar (Okinawa milk tea) instead of regular sugar! So good!
a great variety of tea flavors. up size for better value. available for takeout.
We just completed the most objective taste test of the top 16 boba spots (out of 7 people) in Houston, and Tea 4 U (15th seed) upset to win it all. Beating Sharetea, Teabar and Organics, and Gong Cha. DO NOT overlook this place!
Food and tea is addictive:and the apple bubble is so cool! It pops in your mouth when you bite it. I recommend the egg puffs and honey peach royal tea. The service is relatively fast and provides pretty good quality. The only con is that the fries used to be skinny and crispy but now they are thick and soggy with not much flavor. Still my favorite place to get a drink and snack though
I loved this place; the drinks menu is very extensive and very customisable with various add-ins and levels of sweetness (as well as a ton of different flavours). Snack menu is also great; I haven't had anything I didn't like but the basil popcorn chicken is hands-down the best. Fried tofu is next best. It was pretty warm inside the last time I was there; it could stand to be a little cooler. Otherwise pretty comfy.
The drinks here are okay and the names for their drinks can be ridiculous or confusing. What makes this place really stand out is the quality of food they serve. They have hot, crispy takoyaki. The Asian style waffle is great if you want something light and not too sweet. The sweet potato fries have an amazing seasoning on them that makes them hard to stop eating!
I don't know why this place isn't 4+ stars because it's pretty bomb. Stepping in the atmosphere is bomb with chill modern music and plenty of desks to do homework and chill. I ordered the honey jasmine green tea with 80% sugar and it was so good but I would prefer 50% sugar next time. I also tried the waffle egg and it was on par with Bubble Egg's waffle. I would definitely come back here to study.
I came in one Saturday and wish they had more helpers. Because I waited over a half hour to be served and another half hour for my drink. A young lady working as cashier and drink maker by herself. A young man cooking in the back. I observed these hard working people deserve something better. Few weeks later, I saw they hired more staff. It was a relief.
I really like coming to T4. The atmosphere is right. Customers behaving themselves and they always kept clean.
This is why people don't just leave and go to other bubble tea joints after long waited in line.
They are currently running a special regular size drink for $2. So shortly after I arrived, this place is full!!!. OMG.
Well the drinks are pretty good. Better than GongCha I believe. Their jelly and aloe add-ons are very fresh and bit chewy. I love! The staff here are super nice. Altho they are just still in the phase of soft opening, I think it might be a little out of control.
There are lots family and kids hanging out here so it gets bit noisy.
But overall the décor is trendy and clean, place is clean. one more tea place to hang out.
Excellent place to buy flavored bubble tea drink with black jelly. Would definitely be going back to purchase more of their bubble tea milk drink. Can't recommend it too much. Worth your money and time to go to.
Private parking lot, plenty of spaces. The store itself is pretty big, lots of spots to sit down and study (they also didn't play music). They have a rewards program (Fivestars)! You enter your phone number and get 10pts/drink or 15pts/food. I think its pretty cool.
Today was an interesting experience... I asked the cashier what is the difference between the Royal Rose tea and the Rose Aloe, basically the same thing but just with aloe in the other one. After I entered my # into their rewards program, a reward popped up showing "free $0.50 upgrade". I asked her if I can use the reward, she said yes. She proceeded to enter something on her screen and when I saw the screen, it showed "114% off". Weird,.. I thought, but I didn't speak up. She ended up telling me my drink was free! Awesomeeeeee~
First time trying out their Elegant Rose Aloe, and it was tasty! Plus it's in a blush pink color? I AM IN! I've never had this drink in any other tapioca places, so it was cool to try. I got 50% sugar because I'm not really into those SUPER SWEET drinks where I think a cavity is coming in. I usually have a favorite drink in most tapioca places (Oolong milk tea no boba - Kung Fu Tea, or Hokkaido milk tea small boba - Sharetea). I'm definitely coming back to T4 for this drink!
I love the Okinawa milk tea from here, best milk tea I've had. I'm no expert though, but I've been to some other tea houses and I can say this one is my fave.
Also the black tea lychee with aloe bits, sooo good.
The apple bubble tea is pretty good especially since the slight sourness of the bubble (looks like tapioca pearls except green) contrasts with the sweetness of the tea. Also, the customer gets to decide on the sweetness and amount of ice they want to add.
