Ordered online after hours during curb side pickup only/stay at home orders. Team called me the next day to make sure everything was correct; they were so nice and professional! And the cookie was awesome! Thank you for being so helpful and reassuring.
I love Great American Cookie. I ordered a cake on Nov. 18, 2015 for my anniversary gift to my boyfriend. I had first ordered it at the GAC close to Dillards and the lady told me a lie on why she couldn't make my cookie cake, I think she was just being lazy bc I gave her 2hrs to make it. And in those 2hrs she did nothing. So she made me walk all the way to the other GAC by Footlocker on the way to Target and Sears which im glad she did bc the employes were kind and nice, the manager herself made my cookie cake in less than 10 minutes!!
