Always a pleasant experience. Quick drive thru even when it is super crowded. The staff is always very friendly.
I go early bc my toddler and I need to get out when it’s cold. The playground is always being sanitized extremely well when we arrive. The food is fresh, the staff is awesome, and the owners are kind and engaged in the community. You can either sit home or run a company on site. I have never been there morning noon or night and not seen one of the managing family members present. Best location I’ve ever been to.

This is the time I honestly admire chick fill and the way they work, first because they don’t open in Sunday’s and now because in this particular restaurant they have a granny working here!! She was the very best at taking our order!
For sure the best to get here are the lemonades and Mac n cheese!
I love the original chill fill a sauce ! It goes really good with anything on the menu!
You should try the brownie and cookie for dessert, but I only recommend the brownies if you like chocolate as I do!
This is really more of a review for the manager than the actual restaurant itself. With that said, during the absolute chaos of my daughter’s school’s spirit night, the manager/director Mr Wade, aka “Champ”, was super friendly, attentive, and calm and made sure I was taken care of after I had to go request the rest of my missing food. Anyway, great experience with management 10/10 🙏🏻
This is easily the best chick fil a in the greater Houston area. While it can be incredibly busy like when I came today, they are always fast and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for the better part of 7 years and they’ve always been fantastic and quick to fix anything if it is wrong. Absolutely lovely location and can’t wait to come back!
I Love Chick-Fil-A but I never sat inside to eat ever at any location, but on this cold cool evening I decided to eat inside to get some soup and a shake after leaving the Dentist. I had Service from the Director Mr Chap he was smooth with his service and had a great smile to go with the vibe. He checked on everyone and everything dinning in once he got to my table he came over asked if we needed anything and how was the food once we said It was Great we then got caught off guard he took our tray and dumped it. Even my hubby said now thats a Gentleman You guys at this location is the bomb but as a company they know how service is supposed to be Thanks to All and Happy Holidays Love ya Mr. Chap 💕😊

The food is great, the speed of the drive thru is fast, but sometimes the people taking the order mess up the order and we don't find out till we actually get home.
Always on point but I did notice there was not any attendants. Walk around. Asked him what you like more Coke. Would you like a cup of ice? Would you like ketchup so I guess you guys cut that out cause they don't assist. They were talking while they were behind the counter. They should work on that that looks very unprofessional and there were some team members, you know, managers too, but I just don't feel like they should be talking why customers are waiting for their order, and then you go to the table and there's no one to say. Would you like more Coke which you like more ice? That's something that really, really, really needs to be worked out soon as possible.
They had flowers on every table and even picked up my tray and trash. The employees were friendly.
I always like to eat close to home but I had to buy something at Micro Center and when I finished I noticed this location and I decided to try it, overall it’s great, really clean and as any other location but the service was amazing I could order everything from my table, including payment which I really love it.
I never really leave reviews for big chains but I have to say that my experience was all Chick-fil-A's have been amazing.
They have very nice workers with great customer service. Never once had I had any employee with attitude or was unhelpful. When you wait for your food, they bring it to you without the vibe of hating life or their job. Either Chick-fil-A is paying them very well or they're hiring the right people with the right mindset or maybe even both.
For their food, although it is slightly pricier, their food is really delicious and fresh tasting. I extremely enjoy their diet lemonade and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I always order that and the waffle fries too. So... pretty much the spicy deluxe combo. Haha the awesome thing about the diet lemonade is that it is made with Splenda and it's still nice and sour. Most places make it too sweet and defeats the lemon part of the -ade.
What can be said? As usual, we enjoyed the service and the food. We usually do drive-thru. The times we've dined in or gone in to order, there's generally a smiling face greeting us.
Great location right off of fm 529 and W Little York. The associates are really friendly and get you exactly what you need when asked. The line can get a bit long, but that's truly any Chick Fil A, for ya. They have additional parking behind the restaurant. Food hot and fresh!
Quick drive thru, but employees need a bit more training on collecting payments. 1st person took my c/c as payment, which went through. I get notifications of card transactions.
Then another worker, in the same line, stated that " Aww, it didn't go through." I had double charges on my card. Pissed me off, but it was disputed and refunded.
Best customer service seriously, food is always great. Drive thru can be a wait but worth it. Been doing it right since it opened
The employee named “Santino” was so nice in every single way! He treated us very well. I wish I could say the same about the other employees….
