Solid pizza. I've only gotten the dinner box from this place, but it's been good for me both times. However there was a guy that came in saying he had to come back because they got his order wrong. But hey, pobody's nerfect.
The app was easy to use and our order was delivered ahead of time. Win, win!

This place has gotten a lot better over the past few years. Drivers are excellent and pizza is as ordered. Lately the experience has been excellent.

Oh my god. Their delivery driver lied about trying to call when he went to the wrong address (we don't own a dog - good story though). We paid ahead of time with credit, the store never attempted to contact us.
So many bad experiences here.
Our pizza arrived hot and fast! The delivery guy was very kind and polite. We had one (of 4) pizzas that was cut very strangely...but it made us laugh...and it tasted great...so all good! We love PH!
Whoever the manager was on Sunday 11/14/21 was highly professional. My online order had items out of stock they called me to let me know and gave me many options to revise my order and offered a 20 dollar coupon on our next purchase. They even through in some cheese and pepper shakers and the pizza they made on the fly was crisp and perfect to the taste. I greatly appreciate the manager and crew on this last minute purchase. The staff at this location is always great, and my rating is to compliment the fantastic service. As far as this visit, We were bummed because we ordered Personal Pan pizzas but when we arrived, we found out that they ran out of the dough for it ☹ The plus was that they gave us Medium pizzas to replace them, but we were bummed again because we only like the thick Pan Crust with Personal Pizzas, and get regular pizzas thin crust 🤦🏽♀️ I wish they would have contracted us first instead of assuming we would be okay with Pan Crusts on regular sized pizzas but again they did what they could to upgrade our original order due to their shortage and the employees were all smiles right before closing for the night, they deserve the 5 star service rating
The 8576 west rd location makes the best pizza in the area. No other pizza hut or pappa John's can compare. Create your own and it will be well worth the money...
