I was driving by and saw this place and decided to give them a try. WOW! The chicken is amazing. Moist, flavorful, fresh and delicious! Will be stopping by again and again! I ordered the Pollo al carbon and the combo plates. Just delicious! The wait was so worth it.
Loved it. Ordered two quesadillas, potato and elote. All delicious. My family loved everything.

Tried Mr. Rico Pollo Loco and OMG!! � It SO SO good!! I've been twice in one week!! Great food!! Great people!! Friendly service!! If you haven't been you should stop on by and give them a try!!
Called ahead today and ordered a full chicken, it was ready within minutes and it was delicious. The chicken was hot, moist, very flavorful, just all around really good. Definitely will be a returning customer! So good!
Great food, haven't had anything we didn't love! The Mexican Street Corn is my favorite!

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I just left and the food tastes good the service was great! The lady was so nice and gave me coupons for next time, I got a burrito with no meat and a bowl no meat and everything came as ordered (ordered on app) my chips were crunchy and good.
I didn't think I've ever been to a Pollo Loco before and wanted to try it. Got Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl and Two Crunchy Birria Tacos. The birria tacos came with consome soup and chips; the taste was good and a little more like a snack than a meal. Liked the chicken in the bowl as well as other ingredients such as rice and beans but without the most distinctive flavor. Overall it was a good experience.
Our second time dining inside, and could finally feel moved to leave a review worth writing. Food was fresh and delicious, customer service was more than superior, as we were met with great hospitality and catering to our questions (thanks, bryan!) and lastly, place was actively kept clean. Good energy, and good food makes for good returning customer! This was certainly an improvement from the first visit as the store was recently built and had time to sort the best people for the job.
Awesome customer service from Jose as he recommended specials and politely answered our questions as it was first time visiting place. Chicken and sides especially the macaroni & cheese. were delicious. The burritos could have been better a bit toasty but they were yummy too. 😋 🍗
This pollo Loco on Ella is 🔥 🔥 🔥!!! First and foremost it's very clean inside. 2nd of all the service is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever about this location. The food is very delicious and the prices are not bad. On this particular visit I had the chicken nachos and I must say I was iffy about ordering that menu item but I was taken by surprise. Those nachos are so delicious and packed with so many different flavors and that white cheese they put on them nachos is sooo good. I highly recommend this location and those nachos!!!

The cinnamon, milk and rice drink option is unusual, but good. We both got avocado dishes, and mine was the bowl. Amazing!
The gentleman behind the counter was personable and helped me with my order. I asked him about being outside and he told me a shoeless lady had been asked to leave recently and he was making sure she did not bother me. That is awesome watching out for others. Made me feel safer as a single old lady. Much appreciated.
Wow!! Awesome service from the general manager Hèctor and the guy working the drive thru window. They were knowledgeable with the menu and even offered me churros to complete my order, invited me back and thank me for my visit! Keep it up y’all

The even have a vegan taco.. one of the better fast food restaurants for health-er choice.. instead of greasy burgers fries and processes food...
This has to be the best place in the area to have a quick lunch, very healthy options and family friendly this is a great place for either lunch or dinner without breaking the bank, employees could be nicer but the quality and speed makes up for it. Try their 5$ menu and you won't be disappointed as they load as much as they can into every plate, fountain drinks, wheelchair accessible, clean restrooms and tables the atmosphere is great.
They have the best food and the best service! Everyone I have ever interacted with is always soooo nice!!!
This is a good lunch option when you don't want actual fast food. The chicken is juicy and the Mashed Potatoes are good too.
