As usual the food is consistent and good but the housekeeping was terrible. I know this location is extremely busy, but much improvement is needed in this area.
We usually get the chicken bowl and the sofritas bowl and both have been consistently good so far.
I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a Chipotle I didn’t like, and this one didn’t disappoint. In fact, being one of the later customers in the day before they closed, they were incredibly generous with toppings on my burrito! There also was no line and it was quick to get through. Tasty as always, I can always recommend Chipotle and this location was fantastic. Very clean and friendly staff.
I came in at around opening time and had a wonderful experience, especially compared to prior experiences at this location
As you can see in my picture, I ordered a burrito bowl, with 2 side tortillas, and the lettuce on the side. All of this was done well, with good portion sizes, and expedient service.
The person working the line was Sofia/Sophia(?) and she was very personable with me: explaining menu options, asking me for my preferences, and delivering 5 star customer service.
I then I learned she was the General Manager of this location for the 6 months!!
For Corporate: This was one of the locations I was most dissappointed with in the city for a LONG time, I had written many complaints to their customer support center. But I do believe in the last 6 months Sophia/Sofia has turned this location around and quality/customer service standards have improved noticeably. This place still has some issues, but they are most definetely being ironed out and Im excited about visiting again.

My go to place for Mexican. Always constantly good service and great food.
We go every week after a class and I LOVE two of the managers. They're sweet, kind, and have taken care of us for years now. Jocelyn is the current manager of the shift we are usually around for. She's amazing and is such a strong and awesome person.

The food is Good Hot Fresh .... but the Lobby was Dirty and no one cleaned it ..I definitely wanted to eat inside but I didn't.
Easy in and out for quick maintenance protein. Staff is nice and enjoy their own music vibes in the kitchen. Will be back

Whoever is in charge 4.12.23 at closing time, needs a little bit of more management training. He could’ve handle talking to his co worker in a better manner. Only reason I’m not giving a low rating is because it’s a coaching experience. But that guy does need training for sure whoever the was running the line. He sent the guy who was making a customer burrito to go sweep , in the middle of him making a burrito. That’s not right, let him finish helping the customer and then switch his assignments. Learn how to pre close accordingly so it makes closing time smooth no matter how many customers come up.
