First time I tried Peruvian food. And I loved it. I went there with some family members and we all enjoyed a delicious Chaufa, Jalea, Papas a la Huancaina and a Bistek a lo pobre with a Chicha Morada. We also tried the Alfajor and everything was amazing. I recommend this place, it’s not the best looking nor located on the best place but it’s clean and you will definitely enjoy it.

Been going here for over a decade. The Lomo Saltado is the best in town. Lunch time during the week is the best to go, as customers attendance is light.

Great prices, great food and great service! The only reason I give this 4 stars is because of the location, I wish there was one of this in the Woodlands. Highly recommended for authentic Peruvian food!

I've been going to this restaurant for over two years and never had a bad meal. I'm Peruvian and I know how Peruvian food should taste. I always leave very pleased when I eat at this restaurant. My husband and I have tried many Peruvian restaurants within Houston and this is the only one we continue to come back to. Excellent taste and decent portions at a fair price. But most of all, a family atmosphere within it.

We've been coming here years and it's always good. Some of if not the best Peruvian food in Houston. No other restaurant makes their sliced onions remotely as good as they do. I believe it's because it seems like they use real lemon juice. I've never had a bad item from them and I've tried most of the menu. They always have the freshest tasting Chicha Morada in glass bottle. I actually prefer that to most other places homemade one. Nice and clean on the inside as always and friendly family run service.

have been coming here for YEARS and they never disappoint! I have tried almost every single dish on the menu and it tastes exactly like home 😍 THEIR POLLO A LA BRASA IS TO DIE FOR!! out of all of the peruvian restaurants I have been too, this one tastes so authentic. the chef was actually a chef in Perú so he knows how to actually cook it!

This spot is interesting, especially for the area its in. I tried the Papa a la Huancaina, mixed ceviche, and Salchipapa for appetizers. The papa was pretty good, it was different. The mixed ceviche was very fresh and tasty. The salchipapa I did not like it was french fries with what tasted like a cheap hot dog cut over it . It looked like they slapped the dish together for some child. It really doesn't fit their menu and should get rid of it or alter it. For entrees I tried the Aji de Gallina and Cau Cau. The aji sauce on the chicken was probably a little richer than it should have been and the tripe in the Cau Cau was pretty tasty and well seasoned. For dessert we got a flan that had a different name but tasted like normal subpar flan. There was also a cookie-like dessert with powdered sugar on top and that one was pretty tasty albeit slightly overpriced. I would come back here another time or 2 but probably not more than that

The food has been really good the times we visited with my family. It is so far the most authentic homemade Peruvian food in north Houston area. The service is ok as well as the establishment. Nothing bad for the area where is located. Prices are good for the size and flavor of dishes. Cau cau is one of my favorites, jalea and seco de cordero are also really good. The chicha comes in a bottle but hell! I’m not gonna cry for that. Then the great ending is the alfajor flavor, by far the best alfajor in Houston. If you want Peruvian food, not fusioned Peruvian or gourmet food, this is the place. If you are picky about chairs, table and decor, ask yours “to go”.
