Great tasting sandwich, but I didn't eat it there because when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they'd been cleaning floors with what smelled like toxic bleach. I asked for a special kind of bread on my sandwich, but they gave me the usual sourdough . This had happened once before, so I checked my sandwich before leaving and sure enough it happened again. This time I was able to say something. They made me another sandwich & politely and kindly apologized. I love their sandwiches, so I put up with imperfect visits such as this.
They have a pick 2 option now, I love this!! Schlotzsky's has always been a favorite place for the fiancé to go. I love how the sandwiches are round. My personal favorite is the fiesta chicken and my fiancés favorite is the avocado turkey. We can never go wrong with our favorites. They have a Cinnabon so we like to share a sweet treat afterwards 😊
Employees are super. Answered all my questions about the difference of a Rueben with pastrami vs corned beef.
A real fan of Schlotzsky's. This location has a good vibe, friendly staff and really great food. Highly recommended.

Normally I have always thought very highly of Schlotzsky's food. It's always been delicious!! I went there to pick up a sandwich the other day and it was definitely was different. It was horrible but I wouldn't order it again. I will give Schlotzsky's another try sandwich. I really hope it's great like it was before. The service has always been fantastic!!
As always I love the service and the food. My only complaint is the atmosphere in the building. It seems sooo dark and gloomy with all the missing light bulbs and non working lights. It can really be brightened up. Also, please make sure the container with the tea is clean because it looked very suspect when I visited. There was also a loud burning smell. I guess someone burned the bread! 🤣😂
Kind of pricey, and if you ask for something specific like just a piece of bread with cheese for a child then they can't accommodate. Really good soups!

New manager is on duty. It used to be very cold in the restaurant, but he's worked on balancing the temperature. He is also very attentive. Upping my rating.
The app doesn't always work that great. But, that is the fault of corporate.
Quick service, good food and a clean dining room. Easy parking, which is rare for this area. Great place to grab lunch.
The lady at the drive-through with a gas. She was so sweet. And I love that bread.

Only went through the drive thru (thanks again, covid) but everything was just as expected. Thick stacks of meat to balance out the toasty bread that made it all the way home without becoming soggy, and a speedy but courteous young man running the speaker and the register. Even got my special order right, which is hard to do over a speaker.
Overall, a perfect experience. Nice people, good food, full stomach, and enough left over to sweetheart the cats who must recognize the schlotzsky's bag and start their begging as I walk in the door.
