This location did a phenomenal job for me with a large order that I went in and placed. I wasn't expecting them to have it ready so quick, but they did and I was so grateful. They truly did a stand up job that evening. I commend them for such an outstanding job while also maintaining the customers that were steadily coming through the drive-thru. 100% of the time when I come to this location on Cullen Houston Texas I end up leaving with no food because they don't have what I asked for or my food is old or I wait over 20 minutes for a 2 piece. I must say on this visit I ordered a special that was displayed all on the outside of the building and also on the inside. I was told that they no longer running the special. However, the shift manager blessed me with what I ordered for the first time even though the special was OVER. The food was fresh and very tasty. I was also offered a drink for the wait. Do not count KFC on Cullen out. This location today displayed customer service and service Excellence at its FINEST. The energy level from employees was completely different. You can feel and see the team effort. Thank you. I believe in giving a hundred chances when it comes to food. Try this location out!!!
Great location! I visited at around 6-7. I was impressed by the clean lobby. The cashier was very sweet and my food was hot and fresh. I ordered the tender meal and a chicken little. I had a happy accident and got the chicken little different than usual so I cannot wait to go back and get it again! I recommend this location for good chicken in the area.
Hello Kentucky on Cullen is my spot, I love there customer service, If I ask for fresh chicken out the grease I get's it, I love the new staff they have know. All I can say is keep giving the customers there food they want and like it everything will be ok. Make it a great day.
