It’s over 100 degrees outside and the drive-thru line was so long… but Charlie made the wait worth it. Talk about a smile and personality that brightens a person’s life. Incredible customer service and I hope he is given the opportunities he deserves with McDonald’s.
The gentleman that took my order was very friendly and professional. When we pulled up to window to pay he was just so cheerful. His greeting was superb!! The fries was fresh and hot with the right amount of salt on them.
Helping a Friend today. Afterwards He suggested McDonalds. Why not. Really surprised how good their cheeseburger was! Small but delicious! Juicy! And the fries were nice and hot! That hit the spot! Busy too!
All five of these stars are for Charli!!! It's 102 degrees outside and the lines here are long, so I'm sure customers are absolutely miserable and likely short-tempered. But driving up to the window, being greeted with Charli's incredible energy despite it all, made our wait worth it.

It's SO difficult to keep good energy going when it's so busy - especially when it's THIS hot outside, and Charlie needs all the kudos and appreciation someone can receive for putting up with so much and still smiling.
In and out quickly with mobile orders, but if you order a smoothie be prepared to wait about 8 minutes.
Everytime I come and the Hispanic Manager they have on duty always makes sure my order is fresh and hot

Being as busy as they are sometimes they leave out some of my order like sausage patties when I order extra one or 2 with the big breakfast One come with the order but when they take out money for the 2 extra but give you 1 extra ? What up!
