Ordered a Patty Melt Whatameal, medium iced tea and fries🍟, a brownie and an apple pie. Got a deal for the Whatameal. Everything was good as expected and the tea was fresh and not from a day or two old. I didn't mind waiting but they did take a few minutes longer than my app receipt said but everything was ok, had plenty of time. First time dining in here, there was not many inside. (July 20)
When I got to the window, there was a young man named Terrence. He was so polite, so professional. It really made my day, knowing that there is still loving what you do I will continue and go out of my way to this Whataburger, because of the great service I received today. Great job Terrence.
Staff is super great - I like to pretend I don't end up here at least 2-3 times per week, since like, its embarrassing. They just play right along like true professionals.
Also tastes good.

I had the Patty melt it's one my faves from whataburger 🫶🏼this location pretty decent, fast service, food was hot and fresh 😁🥰🤗 definitely recommend ☺️lots of space to dine in wasn't to crowded came in around brunch time...they also handled my specific order instructions with care, no salt, even cut in half like asked, and presentation wasn't sloppy..wish I had took picture but it was so good I didn't get a chance to, because I literally inhaled my food 😂😂 I'll definitely eat here again as for atmosphere only thing that's Miss that would have given it one more star, is if the condiment station had everything set up there, I had to ask for certain things at front but it wasn't a big issue...
Great place for a cup of coffee, cinnamon roll, breakfast Taquito and sweet tea!!! Great customer service!!
This Whataburger is the best in Houston! All the others have an hour + wait in the drive thru but I’m always in and out (😬) at this location. Staff is also always friendly!
Made the mistake of coming here after the Taylor Swift concert on April 22nd. The place was overrun by Swifties (myself included in that group). There were so many people and so much going on that the power went out. It was 2am and I just wanted a kids meal. The employees got the power back on decently fast. I left with a kids meal and some very funny memories. Those apple slices and fruit snacks slapped so hard. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
Pablo is the best thing at this place! He is an awesome special needs gut that puts a smile on everyone's face he sees. I love Whataburger for employing him and you guys made a great hire. I look forward to seeing him every time I go in! Thanks Pablo!
Went late at night, and while the workers were accommodating, the dine in area was disgusting. Trash and food debris everywhere and obviously was not cared about. Food was quick though. If I would have done drive thru, would have saw our witnessed no issues. I guess I can't complain too much, considering it's one of the only places that allows dining in at 3 AM. Food was delicious, as always.
