Update on 20220205: Service has greatly improved, lobby seems to be consistently open as it should, and staff seems much more invested/caring
Update on 20211017: Decides to try again, and lobby is closed at 1:00pm on a Sunday. Are you kidding me?!
Uncaring staff, and lobby closed at 8:30pm despite signs saying open until 10:00. Had 3 different groups try to get in while we were in the drive thru. Order was made wrong as well. Avoid at all costs
There was an issue with the food being dried out and cold. They did address the matter and everything was delicious.
