Staff isn't very knowledgeable of the menu and I've never seen a manager there. But, one guy in the kitchen takes pride in his work, even if it isn't the best, and will service you anyway he can. I mean it's fast food seafood, so for what it is, its decent.
Outstanding customer service, from the front of house to those slaving over hot stoves in the back! Outstanding Food, portions, gave everything right down to the sauces in our Carryout order!
Being new to Alabama, we've just found our favorite local restaurant!
I gave 4 stars because I waited in line for about 30 minutes. For reference, there appeared to be only 2 cars ahead of me.. Nonetheless, the food was hot and well-prepared and my order was correct.

I have visited six times since reopening and I only have good things to say. I have had to wait for an extremely long time(twice)at the drive-thru but I know for a fact that it was due to worker shortage(I can understand that though).

First time I've been back since they rebuilt the store and it's very nice. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The guys in the back were doing a good job to keep up with the number of orders that were coming in. My food was great (I highly recommend the Blackened Talapia) and the sweet tea is always good. Yall keep up the good work. See you again.
Service is slow but the food is the best Captian D's I've ever had.
