With new employees, the quality has greatly improved. I am impressed with how much better the pizza is now.

When I worked here in 2019 it was pretty good. It was hard for them to keep staff and they were usually understaffed so the hours were draining. But the workload was reasonable. I’m not sure if the manager I had in 2019 is still there but he was always keen about keeping everything clean in the back before we closed for the night. I never saw a bug or anything back there, it was always super clean and tidy. Things have probably changed since then but I certainly enjoyed everything they had to offer!
I had a great experience here at pizza hut. The food was fresh and fast, everyone so kind, also from my observation the manager deserves a shout-out for all of the hard work she puts into her job. Amazing job boss lady 👑I recommend this restaurant to any tourist visiting the town and enjoy your meals
We drove through Hugo tonight and stopped here to eat dinner. Our waiter was super slammed but he did an absolutely AMAZING job taking care of everyone! He was extremely friendly and prompt. That man deserves a huge raise! We will be back!
Brian is a real MVP up at this store. Got our order home only to find it was wrong. Called up and Brian got the mistake handled quickly. He's the prime example of customer service.
