I’ve traveled across the US. I’ve ate at seafood places in Portland, Maine and everywhere in between. This place blows them out the water. Our waiter today, Melissa made the experience even better. Please management take a look at her if you can. She displayed some of the best waiter skills I’ve seen in a long time. She took our order and actually listened to me as I spilled about my life. Today we celebrated my mom’s birthday and it was great. Thank you.

Pappa’s NEVER disappoints!! By far the best seafood in town. Spinach dip is a must have. Soft shell crab is the best, and the creamy, cheesy grits are to die for!! Our weekend “go to” for a fabulous meal that will always leave me completely satisfied!!
Absolutely excellent! Not only were the mahi dish and Long Island spot on, but the customer service was spectacular! Our waiter was outstanding and deserves all the tips he can get! I cannot remember his name, but he was so kind to my family and I and made sure to keep checking on us through the duration of our meal. I will be going back there for sure!
The service was some of the best I’ve had. Carlos the manager met us at the door to welcome us when we walked in the door. Our waitress Tori was fantastic and the food was superb. Carlos came to our table and thanked us for dining with them. Thank you for the fantastic dining experience. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends.
First time and won't be the last. Our server Trey was excellent. His customer service skills and personality were great and that says a lot coming from me. I am in the customer service business and my expectations are high and he did not disappoint me. The food was amazing too. My overall experience was great. Keep up the high standards I experienced.

Googled for places to eat and Pappas popped up. Very busy restaurant but we were seated within 10 mins. Staff courteous, and prompt. Food was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

We showed up put our name in they said it would be 30 mins, but it was less then 20 mins they called us. We were seated near the bar area. Jonathan was our waiter, even though it was extremely busy he was courteous and fast. He got our drink order immediately and brought us fresh bread. He took our order and the food was delivered in a very timely matter. Jonathan gave us excellent service and is an asset to Pappas. The food was outstanding as usual. You could not ask for anything more than great food and service on a Friday night! Outstanding!
The food was excellent and so was the service! I had the shrimp and chicken tenders...the best!!!. I am going to let all my family and friends know, they should dine there! They won't be disappointed.
Went at noon on a Sunday. Not yet crowded, but people we're lining up as we left. The Maryland Crab Cakes were awesome as usual, as well as the seafood platter. Our waiter was so attentive and helpful.

The customer service my family and I received from Dee and Jeremy was absolutely outstanding! The food was amazing, and the drinks were delicious. Even with a party of 22, our food and drinks came out with great timing. Each bite and sip was better than the last.
This was my Birthday Brunch and 1st time at the restaurant. It was a large group and all of the food was amazing. We order several starters that were perfect. All food came out hot and seasoned well. The service and atmosphere was amazing.
The shrimp alfredo pappardelle pasta was delicious. I would order this dish again. If you’re a pasta and seafood lover like me, I would say this is worth a try. Large amount of food for the price but I wouldn’t recommend warming this up for a day two meal. You will be left with a greasy mess, as the alfredo sauce doesn’t do well in the microwave.

The wait times here get crazy so if you're looking for a quick meal do not go at busy times. The food is delicious but also pretty pricey for a Pappas restaurant. Keep in mind it is freshly caught seafood so that is why. People from all over Houston go here so if you're lucky you might get to see a local legend. Parking can get tight but they have a security guy driving around so your stuff is safe.

Pappas was on and popping! We were visiting Houston, so this was our first time going. It lives up to its name and then some. Believe all of the raving reviews. All of our food was fantastic. I recommend going before 7 tho. It’s a large restaurant, but it fills up fast!
Easily one of the best restaurants I have been to in this city! Dee was a wonderful waitress and the food was great from flavor to portion! My husband brought me here after I had had a rough day and it honestly did make me feel better after we left!
My Husband an I normally stop in every other Thursday while in town..This is a long time favorite of ours an family for the past 40 years- we lived in the area, raised our children- while enjoying our careers in Houston..The food , service an atmosphere has not changed.
The manager on board here is extremly consciousness of her customers an staff..The waiters give you the extra hospitality an service is excellent.. Food is delicious no matter what dish you choose.
It was excellent! I had the salmon & shrimp with spinach. Sooo good & large portions. Services was excellent. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Cheesecake for dessert was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.
