If you've ever been a single mother trying to do something extra for your kids, you know that waitstaff will often trade you off or give you less than decent service because they feel we don't have much as far as extra for tipping. We got stellar service here though. My picky eaters loved the food and our waiter was more than happy to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. (Food allergies.) Loved it!
It was my first visit and it was everything I expected and more. I love how you have control over your meal from the proteins to the sauce. I will definitely be back

I've never been here before but the CREW that showed hospitality and the willingness to come to work during the storm was unmatched by and trumped a closed Walmart witch was right across the street. Guys I will back. And I also gotta get the hang of creating my own dish. ❤️

Wow‼️ I was impressed with the service. Justin was GREAT, hospitable and accommodating. I go to eat here once in a while, having a craving for some good food of Your choice, you just can not go Wrong with Genghis Grill👍🏾. Justin understood the demand of service and provided that service with finesse. As we waited, provided drink to quench the thirst, as we waited for our food to be done. The grill personnel was a Wiz on the grill combining my choice of fixing for my dish, grill mam really did a fine job of mixing and bringing out the flavors of the dish. As we sat and enjoyed our stay at the restaurant we observed the team work that was associated with a good service experience. I really do recommend this good venue, IT IS DELICIOUS 😋 😊 👌🏾 😍 ‼️

Let me start by saying this new trio that they have is great! The sweet and sour and the general TSO chicken were the best the other one didn’t have too much of a taste no flavor. Kesha who fix my food was great she was definitely professional and her customer service skills were fantastic!
Our food was delicious and our server Sydney was very attentive. We hadn’t been in years so they made sure to explain everything to us. Tracey and his team made it a great experience!
Today was a great day because the superb service by Nick ( bartender) !! He was polite, well presented, and punctual. I absolutely loved the service and will be coming back just to see my guy Nick (bartender)
So I decided to come here for my birthday and get some lunch to go. I have a wonderful time when I come to this location. Nicc was my server at the bar and he was just amazing. He gave me a great birthday experience I must say. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful time at Genghis Grill with my husband. Our server Anson was phenomenal. Originally we were confused about how everything went, being our first time. However, Anson explained how the bowls went and asked if we wanted the pre-ordered bowl or the make your own option. We also enjoyed our drinks. We can't wait to go back. Great eats for a great price with excellent service.
Anson was my waiter on Sunday, He was phenomenal. He greeted us. And introduced himself as we were seated. Anson made sure our table was clean before we were seated. He was very professional and kept my glass of water filled. I never had to ask him. Best service I have gotten from this establishment. Me and my wife hope he serves us again when we dine in.
The business has been going down over the years. Prices jump pretty heavy, maybe to accommodate the lack of business. I have been going to this location since it opened, I never had a problem with staff or the food line. I would recommend this place to others
First time at their place and Nick was awesome! I sat down the whole time and watch this gentleman clean, bust tables, check on customers while the others did nothing. He was so nice made me an my mom feel welcome! This gentleman deserves a raise and whatever other blessing, I haven’t seen such great customer service like that in years! Nick made my day and the food was delicious! Way to go buddy I hope you go far!
Our server, Ace, was great and attentive. Definitely a much better visit than the last few times. Daughter was in love with the food. Overall, happy experience and glad we came back.
