The pizza was great. We had a party of four so we had a wide variety of different slices and toppings and everyone was pleased with the quality. Being from NY we have been disappointed with the quality of the pizza in this area, but we were impressed with SHP. Kids behind the counter were a little inattentive and I had to repeat my order a couple times but it didn’t detract. I’d suggest,also, a bit more work on the atmosphere. Didn’t detract from our experience though. We will eat there again for sure.
We love this place! It's always super clean and the staff is really friendly. The spinach white pie is my all time Fav! This place is a must try!

Just had our first visit after Discovery Place Kids and it was really good. There was plenty of seating, lots of options and good pizza. For myself and 6 kids, we made it out of there with full bellies for less than going to fast food.
It was very good pizza ,loved it and loved where its located ,it use to be Niels Drug back in the day.very good place to eat .
My family and I went tonight. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Seating was the only problem which will be better when the warm weather comes. We will order pizza and take it out on the green for a picnic. We had the supreme and caprese pizza- very fresh, huge veggies and meat. We also had the shrimp fettuccine. Food was excellent. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

We ordered NY style cheese pizza, garlic knots, a chicken Greek salad and we loved it. We did take out and would definitely do it again. Only problem is they are closed on Sundays which is inconvenient.
Best pizza in the area! None of that greasy crap here! Only fresh ingredianys and crispy crust!!

We stopped in after taking our kids to the discovery children’s museum across the street. I wouldn’t recommend getting a slice from any of the pizzas in the display case just because they looked kind of old to me personally. We wanted fresh so we ordered a whole pie half and half with two flavors, made to order and it was delicious! Very fresh and the flavors were awesome. The garlic knots were very impressive and the beer was nice and cold. Staff was very friendly and beyond helpful to us being first timers. I would return here again if we’re in the area!
Oh my my my this is place is a GEM! OUR FOOD WAS INSANELY DELICIOUS!! My family and I purchased a slice of the white pizza, cheese pizza, garlic knots, and an order of the stuffed shells. Everything was so amazing. The garlic knots with the fresh dipping sauce 😋 must try!
I wish that I would have tried every slice they had. We will certainly be coming back to revisit the next time we are in Charlotte. The people were friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable. Slices were huge! Also it is right next to the discovery place so you can hop over grab a bite then head back to the discovery place with your kiddos.

Pizza was decent but the wings were just not good. The skin wasn't cooked completely and the sauce was barely coating the wings. No spice on the wings left them flavorless.
I ended up airdrying the wings another 20 minutes and adding salt + my own hot sauce.
Our first time eating at Slice House today was a great experience. Delicious pizza and garlic knots. Lots of other menu options too. Staff was very friendly! Prices were good too. We'll definitely be back! 🍕
This restaurant is conveniently located across from the Discovery Place and sells pizza by the slice or whole. It's not going to earn any prizes, but it's good enough and a great option for a quick bite. I really don't understand why they add seasoning to the fries, though. The kids wouldn't eat them like that and I can't blame them. The fries were so salty that they were barely edible for adults.
The atmosphere is laid back and casual which was nice for us.
Best pizza ever. The mozzarella is true whole milk cheese. The crust is amazing too. I would recommend getting a fresh made pie rather than the reheated individual slices. You won't be disappointed.
Really good pizza, very generous slices at a reasonable price and the garlic knots are so yummy. I was able to get a big slice of pizza, order of garlic knots and a large soda for about $10.00 bucks and couldn't finish it all. I wish they had a place a little closer to us and I'd go more often.
