Carter made my day! I was looking for a unique Starbuck’s cup for my mother in law. He recommended the absolute coolest travel cup! I’m not over exaggerating when I say this young man has the most wonderful personality!
I’m in medical school so when I noticed the outdoor seating I made a mental note to bring my laptop and sit outside on a nice day and get some work done with a tasty drink.
I highly recommend this location. Starbuck’s managers- directors- Give Carter a bonus or raise because he is the epitome of outstanding customer service!
Very attentive staff on the morning of July 13th. Was greeted and served promptly. Extra bonus was a sincere thank you as we exited the building. They were very busy yet took the time to say thank you. Good job.
Very nice helpful people. However, I thought Starbucks was supposed to be focused on sustainability. Due to COVID restrictions still in May 2022 in order to get cream and sugar I was given a cup of Half & Half that contained about 5 times the amount of Cream I needed. That included a cup and a lid that will be going to the landfill. And I had sugar packets instead of using a jar with sugar. Also going to the landfill. All those cups and lids going to the landfill nationwide. Let's get over this and go back to normal....please
Given the insane volume here I can see how reviews could vary, but I saw a big team of folks working together really hard in the face of us - probably 30-40+ people, all wanting our goods. And as "MAK" was keeping the mobile orders sorted, and giving clear-spoken updates to our caffeine-seeking horde, it didn't hurt that she looks like a model. Got my multi-item order correct and quickly.
Made a quick stop here. First time but the drinks were good and service was friendly and quick!
Best Starbucks in the area, staff is always friendly and makes sure your order is right and to your liking. The manager is always out and helping staff and making sure customers are taken care of. My wife and I love going to this Starbucks and appreciate feeling so welcome from everyone too. Thank you so much to the staff and always working hard to make each time we come in a wonderful experience!
