We LOVED Bruster's Ice Cream! It was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back next time we are near one. It was hard to choose a single flavor because they all sounded so good. I landed on one scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye on a cone and it was perfection. The chocolate ice cream was so rich and creamy, and the combination of flavors was spot on. My husband ordered Death by Chocolate and has not stopped talking about it. I tasted his and it was so yummy with the chunks of brownie. This scoop size is generous, the price a bit on the higher side, but absolutely worth it. We were shocked to see the portions people were ordering (double or triple scoops, banana splits, sundaes, etc.) because our single scoops were already bigger than we would normally get. It's a good thing this is not anywhere near where we live so we can have it as a sometimes treat.
Love Bruster's! So happy I found a homemade ice cream place out here in HB. I used to frequent another ice cream shop called Handel's where I used to live. It's very similar to Bruster's so I was looking for somewhere similar in the OC and this is it!
Bruster's is a tad bit more expensive but honestly I think it's worth it. Paid $6.75, I ordered the hot fudge sundae with mint chocolate chip (my favorite) ice cream and it was DELICIOUS! The chocolate chips they add in taste similar to Andes mints, honestly I think it might be Andes mints slivers but it's soooo good. The ice cream is just the right amount of mint, not too overpowering. They pile the ice cream high and drown it in hot fudge. So yummy! It's just what I was looking for. I think my next visit I'll try their hot fudge brownie sundae. Can't wait to bring my son here so he can have their delicious ice cream!

Bruster's in Huntington Beach is a fun and unique ice cream shop that offers almost any ice cream creation you can imagine, from flavor options to sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, and more; there is something for everyone!
Such a good place for ice cream! They make it all right there for you, and you can mix and match flavors! Friendly staff, perfectly priced, and so delicious. We will be back for sure!
Love love love the graham central station! It’s the only one I get. We also love the free kids cone because it’s tiny so it’s not a sugar overload for the kids, and free!
It really is some of the best ice cream you’ll find. Graham Central Station is a favorite and I just had the Coconut Cream Pie. Yum yum!

I love the ice cream flavor variety they have here. It's of good quality too, which you can tell by the taste and creaminess. I got their seasonal flavors "Graham Canyon" and "Eggnog" in a Strawberry shortcake.
Simply unbelievably delicious and pure! Haven't had a good ice cream in a long long time! Their slogan "One scoop above the rest" is just so true! Very kind and friendly staff! Love the decor too - reminds you the old time ice cream parlor and honest way of doing business!
Favorite ice cream in Orange County. Many fresh made flavors and you can’t go wrong.
Excellent ice cream, but two scoops won't fit in a small cup on a hot day.
But the Death By Chocolate was some of the best of any location.

Bruster's make their ice cream fresh daily and you can most certainly taste it! The price point for quality and the amount you get is ridiculously inexpensive.
I took it upon myself to read a lot of other Yelp reviewer's recommendations. Their menu is very overwhelming but when I got there I realized its the same menu 3 times lol. I went with the masses and ordered a scoop of graham central station in a waffle cone. So glad I did. The flavor was so rich and had just enough of chocolate and graham cracker chunks in it. Best of all, my daughter got a free scoop that was loaded with sprinkles. Mommy happy, kid happy. I can already foresee this being a weekly family treat during the summer!
Yum! This is legit ice cream! Super friendly people too. Bought two scoops to eat there and a pint to go. Great to have this place in Huntington Beach.
Wow!!! My first time at a Bruster's and it was everything I had hoped for and more. We stopped on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a gift card and try some of their infamous ice cream. The service is fast and friendly, the ice cream is delicious with big portion sizes 🌈😊 🍨🍦 they also have cakes......I need to try a cake 🍦🍨🥳🎉🎉
Yum! Way too many choices, but the staff is super friendly and the ice cream is delicious. The kiddie cone seems a bit expensive, so for 50 cents more you can get a small.
