Nick’s kitchen is mine and my husbands favorite place to go for breakfast. We adore, I believe her name is Angie. She is literally the best. She makes the experience even more enjoyable, she is definitely our favorite waitress.

Never had anything here that wasn't perfect! Best pies, best pecan waffle, best tenderloin, best breakfast bowl, and FABULOUS coffee! (I am a Starbucks snob so this really shocked me!)

I loved Nick's Kitchen. It's such a blast from the past, home owned, great breaded tenderloins, huge! Best sugar cream pie I've had since Grandmas. Celebrated a birthday there and great place for lunch and would love to do breakfast sometime!!!👌👏

Best tenderloin I’ve ever had. Hand-cut fries were fantastic too! Oh, and a superb milkshake. My only regret was not leaving room for pie. Guess I’ll have to go back

Best breaded tenderloin sandwiches! I’m glad I only have drive 25 miles to get them, cause I’d probably drive farther if I had to!

What a nice find.... The food is homemade and delicious. It's a step back in time cute little diner with a large counter with stools. There are booths and a few tables scattered down the middle of the dinner. Nick's Kitchen is just cute as a button.

We stopped in today for lunch and had a great experience. Breaded tenderloin was great, the onion rings were very good and we tried two pies....sugar cream and the black raspberry - both were exceptional!

My tenderloin was perfection as always. The meat and breading are absolutely delicious however the bun leaves something to be desired. My son loved they offered provolone cheese for their burgers as that’s his favorite. We took pie to go and all 3 flavors, chocolate, sugar cream, and peachy apple were awesome! I always say you haven’t done Indiana right till you’ve tried nicks tenderloin!

We had pork sausage for breakfast at home so we opted for a single hamburger for the wife and I had a double cheeseburger with provolone on it. Both sandwiches were excellent and the service was very attentive by a "tongue twisted" teenaged waitress. Will come back to do the tenderloin sometime soon.

Awesome service as always!! I hadn’t been there in years since i moved to Alabama and the breaded tenderloins are very rare where i live. My family and i decided since we were in town we would get one and let’s say it was even better than i remembered definitely a must when around Huntington!!!

Had breakfast this morning , WONDERFUL , the tenderloin biscuit is a gift from heaven to your mouth!! Add in good looking, prompt and friendly waitresses and a giant jug of their legendary Cole slaw to take to Easter dinner, and it isn't difficult to see why NICK'S KITCHEN is a legendary dinner who's recognized state wide. And don't forget the black raspberry pie !

The atmosphere is great. Old photos on the walls are fun to look at. The Pork Tenderloin and home made chips are great. They have a wonderful array of deserts but the tenderloin is so big desert was out of the question. It was worth the 2 plus hour drive. The staff is very pleasant. Time to plan my next trip.

Quaint little place. I had the pork tenderloin, fabulous! My friend had a burger and said the burger was fresh and very good. Will be going again. Try to get there earlier next time to walk around the town.

Huge portions and friendly atmosphere. We couldn't decide there were so many specials. We ended up with chicken noodles, mashed potatoes, Salisbury steak, fried potatoes, baked beans. We also got the mac & cheese appetizer & it was the highlight of the meal. Also they have coke in a glass bottle which I love!! Definitely glad we stopped, it's a shame we live 2hours away because there's so much more I want to try on the menu. Oh, I almost forgot, they have really good pie flights!

I've made a terrible mistake - I waited over 20 years to try this place and I have no idea why. I finally stopped by for brunch and it was outstanding. I had the breakfast bowl and the portions were good and the bottom layer of hash browns were extra crispy. My wife had the tenderloin biscuit and, no surprise, it was also great. The coffee was weak, but they kept the refills coming until I had the shakes. As a bonus, they have some kind of spicy ketchup at the tables that goes well on anything that rhymes with "tato". Service was on-point and the prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to swing by again and try some more things.

Amazing Lunch! Worth the detour off I-69. This pork tenderloin sandwich was not just a gimmick, it was delicious! The fries were fresh cut. Won't drive by without stopping.

Great Pork tenderloin sandwiches! Had to try their signature sandwich- did NOT disappoint. The crispiness and the juiciness of the meat was completely balanced…

Buyer beware: this place is amazing. You’ll want to come back time and time again. Despite being super busy, the wait staff was friendly and the cooking was getting things out quickly. Oh, and the pancakes are HUGE.

I stopped by Nick's Kitchen on my way back to Ohio from Purdue. It wasn't far off my route (2 miles maybe) and it was absolutely worth the minor detour. You won't find a better pork tenderloin sandwich anywhere in the state on Indiana than at Nick's Kitchen. It's crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning and the perfect thickness of pork. The size will not disappoint. I enjoyed trimming off the skirt and eating each piece with either the pickles and some fresh onion or the spicy ketchup at the table. But save some onion and pickles once you've finished off the over flow to tuck between the bun. I opted to forgoe the side with the sandwich in lieu of a slice of fresh pie. Nick's is proud of their homemade Sugar Creme Pie and I couldn't say no. It was the perfect after meal finisher. It had a crunchy topping with a smooth sweet interior that just naturally dissolved in your mouth. If you're passing through the area, swing by for a bite, it will not disappoint.
