The hostess was very friendly and the food was excellent-surprisingly the flank steak and sausage were the real gems; however, what put our visit over the top was our excellent server Akeylah. We had small children with us and she was patient, kind, and quick with our bill when we were ready to leave. It was only our second visit, but we will definitely be back!
This was a Father’s Day treat for the men in my life! It was our first trip and won’t be the last! Talk about all you can eat meat sampling’s!! So much food, we didn’t make it to the hot bar! If you have men in your life, this is the place to be!!! No menu, just glorious meat!!

Huntsville Alabama has the best Texas de Brazil out of three I have been to!! They beat Nashville & Las Vegas locations hands down. Great staff from the door greeter to the management team!! Great food & service the Huntsville location!!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been coming here since this place opened and the food and service are excellent. I ask for Taylor when I make my reservations because she is very attentive and quick to get anything we need. The management visits our table at least once on every visit to make sure we are be taken care of properly. The meat is prepared to whatever temperature we ask for and is abundant. The salad area is outstanding, especially the lobster bisque. So much good food to chose from and well worth the $43.00. Also, you can ask for more or less seasoning. These people go out of their way to accommodate you. I have been going to the Texas de Brazil in Memphis for 18 years and visit every location that I can all across the country. I am very pleased to have one this close to home now. Remember one thing when you visit here. This is not a regular restaurant. It is a Brazilian steak house that brings the meats to you, all you can eat. With this in mind, you should have a great dining experience, just as I do.
Went to Texas de Brazil Huntsville for dinner we were seated quickly and immediately greeted by our server "Taylor" who was great the food was excellent juicy and seasoned well garlic mash was delicious bananas were good. They brought out endless rounds of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and Brazilian sausage all tasted amazing manager made sure to check on us a couple times very friendly folks great food highly recommend
There are very few impressive restaurants in Huntsville, but this is definitely one of them. Ignore the negative reviews and give it a try. The price is completely justified - you get all you can eat access to an upscale salad bar with sushi, salmon, shrimp, and a variety of cheeses. Soups- especially the lobster bisque are phenomenal. The main course, which is all you can eat lamb, filet mignon, various other cuts of steak, ribs, etc. is served table-side with cheese bread and garlic mashed potatoes (there are other sides near the salad bar).
The service has always been impeccable. Very attentive without being intrusive. We have never waited more than five minutes to be seated. The servers are personable, knowledgable and accommodating. Management always stops by to ensure everything is to our liking.
We have dined here on the weekdays and weekends. It has been just the two of us and we have brought the whole family. We have never had a single complaint.
I ate here a few days ago and it was absolutely wonderful. The food, services and hospitality we received the entire time was impeccable. Definitely a memorable experience!
Loves it. I think they have worked out the early bumps. Awesome service. Great food. If you want a less expensive option, sit at bar and order their Appetizer they are great. Great happy hour also.

My wife and I were in a party of six. We made reservations, arrived on time, and were seated within a couple of minutes. The dining room is somewhat crowded, and navigation can be tricky, especially if the other diners don't tuck their elbows. The remainder of the party arrived within a few minutes. The server appeared and explained the process. She also took our (happy hour) drink orders. The fixed price includes salad bar. It is one of the most well stocked salad bars in Huntsville, and has plenty of extras like cheeses, shrimp, potato salad, heart of palm, in addition to the "normal" salad options. There were several vinaigrette choices, ranch,and blue cheese. There is also a soup option, which was lobster bisque this night.
After the salad course, the server replaced our salad plates with a new one for the main course. There are two "gadgets" needed for this course; a set of tongs and a small plastic circle. The circle is red on one side and green in the other. If you would like more meat, put the green side up. If you need a break, turn the red side up.
Earlier, the server has asked everyone if medium rare temperature is okay. If not, you can choose another. Somehow this choice is communicated to the gauchos (more later).
There are a half dozen or more gauchos carrying various meat and poultry on a large skewer. They also carry a rather large carving knife. They periodically appear and ask those with green cards if they would like what they are serving. If so, they carve off a slab of it. This is where the small tongs come into play. Before the slab falls to the table, you are instructed to grasp the slab with your tongs. When the slab is cut completely, you can then transport it to your plate for eating.
The server also brought a couple of family style garlic mashed potatoes to the table.
The food was pretty tasty. There were flank steaks, leg of lamb, lamb chops, Brazilian sausage, pork tenderloin, fillet mignon, and a lot more. The server told us that the meat is salt cured, and the outside definitely tastes a little of salt. For us, the saltiness did not detract from the taste. But if you are sensitive to salt then you may prefer to request meats that have not been salt cured. If I recall, the server gave each person that choice early on.
We chose the house Cabernet wine, which was reasonably priced (it was happy hour). They have a full bar and a large assortment of drinks available. We stuck with wine and water.
The have an a'la carte dessert menu with cheese cake, creme brûlée, carrot cake, coconut pie, key lime pie, and a couple more. They also have espresso, cappuccino, and lemon cello. We chose to order one dessert for each couple.
The average per-person cost for our party was about $60, including all except the tip. We had a one-per-reservation coupon from their web site that reduced the cost a little.
The service was good except for once when we wanted a second glass of wine and had to wait about 20 minutes. So reorder when your glass is down to half full to avoid a gap.
The atmosphere was good on this Wednesday night. The place was probably only 20% occupied, though, so those tightly packed tables didn't cause a big problem. I can imagine that on a crowded night you may feel a little cramped. The noise level was about what you might expect, and the high ceilings in most of the dining room should keep it tolerable even on crowded nights.
All in all I would say it is a unique dining experience that is worth a try.

One of the newest restaurants in town is Texas de Brazil . They feature an “all-you-can-eat” evening, but it is hardly your run of the mill buffet. It’s not a buffet at all. You walk in and are taken to your seat by the host, given an introduction to the restaurant and then you are free to visit what they call the salad area. It is not like any salad bar you have ever seen, and if you are not careful you will fill up before the next part of the meal. What makes this restaurant very different is that you will see servers walking between the tables carrying carving knives and large skewers of anything from Brazilian sausages and bacon wrapped chicken breasts to pork tenderloin and fillet mignon.
My husband and I came to Texas De Brazil tonight for our date night and they were at max capacity so we had to sit at the bar. We have eaten here many times but never sat at the bar. I won’t sit at a table again! It was an amazing experience! The food was perfect, the meat was cooked just right. Beyond that our bartender Jordan was awesome! He told us a cool story about the alcohol that was in our drink that he had suggested we try. He made the experience so much better. Altogether a good night.
My wife and I had came to this establishment for the first time this evening. I cannot express how phenomenal the atmosphere and the experience was. We sat at the bar and the bartender Jordan went above and beyond with his services. He had so much knowledge about the establishment and amazing food etiquette and a broad knowledge of wines. He had introduced us to some new food combinations my wife or I have never experienced. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody wanting an amazing relaxing and accommodating atmosphere to enjoy meal. Most definitely will return soon.

Sit at the bar! Not because the other severs are bad, because Jordan is PHENOMENAL!!!! You can tell he absolutely enjoys what he does. He will give you history about the drinks, tell you his favorites, and the way he describes them makes you want them. Jordan will also give you little tidbits to make your dining experience more enjoyable. I may sit at the bar more often just for his expertise!
Came here for my husband's birthday with a group of 6. Jordan was our waiter and he was great! Kept the drinks full and got everything we needed in a timely manner. All the food was great and yummy, and came out at a good place! The lobster bisque was the soup of the day and was AMAZING. Salad bar was stocked and good. Everything clean. Jordan was attentive and brought out a complementary dessert for my husband's birthday. Great experience!
This place is amazing!! We came to celebrate my stepdaughter’s 17 birthday and Hunter went above and beyond for her! Whenever we needed anything he was right there! We had to request a lighter seasoned steak for my stepdaughter and he made sure to make it happen! I would recommend him to everyone especially if it is your first time or your a regular! The food is amazing sometimes a little over seasoned or on the rare side but overall delicious. I can’t praise this man enough for his patience, value and true understanding for a customers needs! Thank you again Hunter for all you did and all you do! Five stars across the board from us!!!!
10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a GREAT steakhouse! Salad bar was amazing & every meat I ate, & we tried almost everything on the menu, was absolutely every bit as amazing as I wanted it to be when someone recommended it to me. Would most certainly tell you to get 2 pieces of the Brazilian cheesecake just for yourself! Make a reservation on the opentable app & you’ll thank me later 😉
