I finally got to try this lobstah roll everyone has been raving about and I didn't even have to go to New England to get it. Rollin Lobstah is locally owned and operated it and it the best thing I've put in my mouth in a very long time. Thanks for the great service and great food and congrats on the new location! I will be back...often.

We were at Rollin Lobstah last night. We had the Maine lobster roll & the lobster soft tacos. Everything was excellent. Service was great. I am so happy they have a restaurant now because I am never able to make it to the food truck. Will definately visit again.

My Mom loves lobster so after her doctor’s appointment we went here for lunch. We both had the Maine lobster roll and bisque. Did not disappoint! It was delicious! The homemade chips were yummy and Mom doesn’t like chips but ate these. Great service also. We will definitely be back! Going to try out brunch!

Brunch is amazing. Highly recommend lobstah and smoked Gouda grits. The French toast is to die for. Bloody Mary is fantastic.

After hearing about this place from friends in the Huntsville area , we had to try it , and it didn't disappoint , I had the lobster soft tacos with the chipotle mayo , and my mom had the Connecticut roll , she liked it , but she said it would be better the the slaw that I had on my tocos . But we will be back

Wow! Believe the hype. It’s as good as people say. I was skeptical but I’ve eaten 3 in the last 24hrs. Just out of this world on quality and quantity of lobster meat. I got the Connecticut roll both times. Even the mix on the soda machine is great. The fresh made chips are a change of pace and a nice side. But lobster rolls. Yeah.

I wouldn't worry about the 1 one star rating out of 80 ratings. The rest of those ratings being 4-5 stars! This is the best food truck around. If I had the money, I'd be eating yall's lobster rolls every day it's that good! Wish y'all had an option to add another roll to the order. :)

My two year old son and I had lunch on the patio at the new spot today. We love the truck, so we are admittedly biased, but I think it's pretty safe to say these guys knocked their restaurant out of the park. The food was better (in my opinion) than their truck's already awesome offerings and the restaurant was clean with great and snappy service. If you're planning to be over on Airport and you aren't stopping in to get a roll and some mac-n-cheese bites you are missing out big time.

Five stars from my family! I had the warm Connecticut Roll with warm chunks of fresh lobster and handmade chips. My brother had a Lobstah Slidah with chips. It was Taco Tuesday, so my husband chose a taco trio of mahi, shimp, and lobster. The chips are fresh and handcut. It was all delicious, service was great, very friendly staff. We took some bread pudding home, and it was the best I ever tasted. We will definitely be back.

We stopped to eat dinner last night. The catfish fillets were awesome, and the lobster tacos were delicious. I really liked the coleslaw too. I don’t really love coleslaw, but their slaw was very unique and tasty.

I kept hearing about this place so my mom and I decided to try it. We Decided on the lobster po boy which was fried. I thought the sandwich which came with fries was reasonably priced considering.....it was pretty good. If you like spice put a little sriracha on it and it takes it up a notch. The place was clean and the wait staff was very nice and attentive. I will definitely go back..we couldnt decide on the poboy or lobster rolls. The Lobster Rolls were a little pricey ($16 each). We were told when we inquired that The lobster rolls are on a bun about the size of a hotdog bun and the po boy was on a hoagie roll. My mom was concerned that the bread would be hard on the po boy; but it wasn't. It was steamed and pretty tasty. The fries had some of the skin still on it. I personally don't like those kind of fries but it was nothing that a little ketchup didn't help. I gave it a 4star only because of the prices. I felt the poboy was reasonably priced but $16 for a hotdog bun with lobster was a little expensive in my book. I Will Try Them Out soon and see if they are worth the money. FYI: my mom and I split the sandwich and fries. The ladies were nice enough to split it in 2 trays for us.

So whether you are visiting their food truck or restaurant you will be getting 5 star food! Hands down the best Benedict In Huntsville! And the lobster roll! AMAZING!!!!! The service was even better! I have to say a good brunch place was needed in this side of town and you are missing out if you haven’t been to Rollin Lobstah to try it out! Their food truck at the NASA food truck area is just as great! I look forward to our next visit to talks establishment!

Have never had a bad meal at the food truck or restaurant. Staff is always friendly and the owner Vonda is always checking up on the customer's to make sure they are satisfied. You might have to wait a bit if they are busy as food is made to order, but well worth the wait. Always one of the first places I suggest to people in town. Use to only order the lobster rolls, but the lobster grilled cheese has taken over as my personal favorite.

The food tasted great and they had great presentation too. My plate of shrimp and grits looked like a work of art. The homemade potato chips were excellent! But we had to go through line to order and pay before we got our food, that just seemed strange given the quality of the food.
