I absolutely love this place! Me and my family come here every month as a sort of tradition, and the sushi and service is so great! And if I were to recommend something besides the sushi, it would be the udon for sure
This is my favorite place to have a small date. The food is always amazing and the place is always clean and tidy.I recommend anyone who lives around here or out of town visitors to check this restaurant out. They are always very patient and kind.
Fuji has by far the best sushi in Huntsville, AL. The owner takes great pride in the quality of his ingredients and has delicious combinations hard to find at other sushi restaurants. That same quality applies to their kitchen entrees as well. They have a small staff, so if they are busy then expect to wait a while for your food since things are made in the order they are received. But I assure you, the wait is well worth it! Do yourself a favor. Get a Fuji Amazing Roll!!
Great price for some fantastic sushi, miso, and udon. Enjoyed our meal with some hot sake. I had a great experience, as the staff was very friendly and expedient. I will certainly return here, as well as recommend this establishment to others.

We were in the area and looked up near near by. We choose Fuji Japanese cuisine and sushi! Dinner was delicious! Steak and shrimp cooked perfectly! Waitress was wonderful, busy as heck but provided excellent service!
