The BBQ pork at Lawler's was quite good. The pork was moist and not overdone. It also had good flavor. The restaurant was exceptionally neat and clean. The prices were very reasonable. I split a pork plate with a companion with one extra side and it was more than enough food. Total bill was about $18.00 which is very reasonable. There is a good menu; typical BBQ restaurant fare. The sides are not exceptional but still good. There are something like 13 locations for Lawler's now in the area. The company appears to have a loyal following--no doubt because of the good BBQ and cleanliness of their restaurants.

My husband and I had planned a very short notice picnic with our kids this Saturday for Mother’s Day and we had decided to eat Lawlers for our outing! My husband and I walked into the spotless, deliciously smelling establishment on South Parkway and we were not disappointed! The staff was super friendly and very helpful! Heather, the cashier addressed our questions and even helped us get what we wanted even though it wasn’t exactly on the menu. We came in around 3 o’clock and business in the drive thru started to pick up while they were working hard to make our food, no one stressed out or even raised a voice! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this business to anyone who says they are looking for a place to eat!! Thank you to the entire restaurant on South Parkway in Huntsville Al!! Awesome place that has a dish on the Top 100 dishes to try in Alabama! I had the Super Stuffie Tater with a side of Brunswick stew and I was stuffed! Make sure you try this place on your travels through the Deep South!
