We went in and it was nice and busy. We were afraid to sit outside but it was very nice because of the many heaters. We were suggested to try the brussel sprouts and we were not disappointed (Thai chili sauce on grilled sprouts). I also had the beet detox and it was a nice sparkling beet juice drink. Our entrees were the lobster tacos with asparagus and steak salad but substituted the steak for salmon. They were delicious!!! I had the rotating tap of Velvet Yeti Nitro Stout and that was a smooth beer. Ended with the warm chocolate torte. Lovely atmosphere and great service (Sarah was our server).
I have to give a special shoutout to the amazing KENNETH! He creates an unbeatable experience and makes me and my boyfriend feel utterly special. With a quick, respectful and fun staff, this restaurant cannot disappoint. Vibe aside, thinking of the food and the menu items makes me drool. ANY burger, ANY salad--you won't be let down. It's our neighborhood spot! Plus, I couldn't think of a better place to have a killer late night happy hour. Do you get that I like this place?
This is our favorite lunch spot. “Hoppy Hour” features excellent appetizers, including corn dog pops, glazed brussel sprouts and macaroni and cheese bites that are fantastic and only $6! An amazing selection of California craft beers and cocktails, and delicious entrees for the vegetarian and the carnivores in our family. Exceptional service from a staff that knows their products and are enthusiastic and super friendly. It’s not a good week if we miss our Eureka! dining experience. Love, love this place.
I am a Palm Desert resident and I have been at Eureka several time and they never dissapoint. Service was ok but we did have a big party and the restaurant was busy but the burgers are great and the drinks were on point. Jody the bartender knows her stuff, I asked if they can make a gold rush and she killed it! Everytime I go she remembers me as the guy who ordered the gold rush! Lol
First time at Eureka! There were several interesting items on the menu, so I started off with the Lollipop Corn Dogs...Yum! For lunch, I just felt like a burger, so I ordered the Eureka American Cheeseburger, and it was delicious...seasoned just right and so juicy! Next time, I think I will explore the eclectic menu a bit more and give some other items a try.
I had a beet burger and sweet potato fries covered with honey and cinnamon. I had never had either before and OMG - I was blown away by how delicious it was - all of it! Kudos to the chef that created that meal. I will definitely have it again and again. AND I posted it on FB so now all my friends want it. Oh and yes, service was excellent, as well.

Love the Moscow Mules. Ryan is the best server. Very attentive and has excellent knowledge of menu. Keep up the great service.
Loved the food! Morgan was an awesome server! We will definitely be going back!
Great food, great service, good brew selection and an impressive whisky rack (that I've only been able to admire from afar while being the driver)
The initial experience was really good. We had booked for a booth, one wasn’t available so we sat at the bar. The whiskey menu is amazing. I ordered the Kentucky tour flight of bourbon, and my wife ordered the mimosa flight.
The bartenders were efficient and very polite. So our experience at the bar whilst waiting was quite pleasant.
The booth was taking too long so we decided to sit at a standard table.
Things started to downhill from here. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, had a host, 3 servers and two bartenders on the floor, and I counted 5 tables that were sitting when we were seated, two of which, including us were just seated. Our server, who seemed to have us and another table, wasn’t what I would say rushed off her feet, but the manner in which we were served seemed as though she was too busy to wait too long for an order, even though we had already decided at the bar. We ordered the fish and chips and a chicken kale Caesar salad. Both dishes were good.
I wanted to order a drink but hadn’t decided, so she too the food order and we saw her again when the food arrived so I ordered my drink then. Came shortly after. She was seen again to ask how everything was after my wife had finished her food and I was 3/4 done.
Not to go on, the food and drinks are good, and if you want good service, sit at the bar.
My recent dining experience at Eureka in Palm Desert was exceptional, especially noteworthy for anyone traveling with a large group. This place is a gem in the desert!
• Accommodating Large Groups: Despite our large party size, Eureka’s staff managed our needs with ease. They provided us with a large table and were attentive to our space requirements, making everyone comfortable.
• Exceptional Food Quality: The entire menu was a hit with our group. Each dish that arrived was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors.
• The Poke Bowl - A Must Try: Personally, I ordered the poke bowl, and it was a delightful choice. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and it was a refreshing meal in the desert heat.
• Friendly and Efficient Service: The service was another high point. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to respond to our requests, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
• Great Ambiance: The ambiance of the restaurant added to our overall experience. It was vibrant yet comfortable, ideal for both casual dining and business gatherings.
In conclusion, Eureka in Palm Desert is a fantastic dining choice, especially for those in larger groups. With their accommodating service, delicious food, and great atmosphere, it’s a place I would highly recommend for an enjoyable and hassle-free meal.
This place is a diamond in the desert. The food is absolutely delicious, great balance, flavorful, not overpowering or too spicy... just right. The ambiance is buzzing, great sports bar vibe. Waitresses are awesome helping each other out, so service is stellar. Seating can be challenging because it's busy but that's a good thing. Definitely beats resort food.
We sat at the bar and were immediately impressed by their Whiskey selection and the low prices for such high quality stuff. Our bartender/server Brianna was pleasant, quick, and helpful. I had trouble deciding between the bison burger and the Napa chicken sandwich, but eventually got the bison and my friend got the chicken.
The bison burger was delicious! I was worried the jalapeño jam and caramelized onions were going to make it too sweet, but they only added a hint of sweetness to soften the spicy jalapeños and savory meat and cheese. Meat was cooked perfectly to my medium rare request. I upgraded fries to cheese truffle fries, which were tasty, but I didn't see much cheese until I packed half of them away and realized most of the cheese had sunk under the fries.
My friend said his Napa chicken was very tasty. I asked him about the ciabatta bun, because I usually find them to be way too hard and scratch the roof of my mouth, but he said it was perfect and had the consistency of a lightly toasted English muffin. I may have to go back and order that next time!
Their beer selection was excellent as well. I had a Pliny the elder with my meal and a Whistlepig 10 year rye to sip on for dessert. Over all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Best burger I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Eureka is a comfortable place with casual food and drinks. They specialize in wiskey and beer. They have a good variety of burgers on the menu along with salads and other sandwiches.
They can accommodate large groups, inside and out. Their outdoor seating is well heated for those cool winter nights.

An easy go to for an elegant and tasteful place and not break your wallet. The kitchen Chef Luis is a very good chef with professional etiquette. The truffle fries are bomb. Our server was Alberto very attentive and polite. Bison Burger is legit prepared fresh. Thanks Eureka!
One of my favorite lunch spots, with a large selection of beers on tap. Juan at the bar is a really nice guy and very attentive.
The Napa chicken sandwich is fantastic. The burgers are very good too, with fresh ground beef cooked to order. Their large patio is very nice also.
I love this place! Atmosphere is bistro casual with great choices for alcohol and food. I had the fig and goat cheese burger with bacon and a side of the most amazing sweet potato fries that I’ve ever had! The burger was excellent but the fries took it to a whole other level! Light and fluffy interior with crispy outside. I actually asked the server if they do anything special to the fries to achieve that result but she wasn’t sure. Great place for intimate dinners or for your after work cocktails. And they offer to go 😃
Without a doubt, this restaurant has some of the best foods, drinks and waiters/servers! As far as food goes, Eureka! has lots of options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The menu is expansive and has both their own creations and all time classics! The quality of the food is great; it has lots of taste and they will make it to your exact liking. For drinks, they have a bar and lots of drink options, especially beer on tap. I ordered a Golden State Hard Cider, which I had never tried before, and it complimented the burger greatly. The waiters and servers are also some of the kindest and nicest people out there. They will make sure your stay at the restaurant goes great and will approach you with the utmost respect. If you have never tried Eureka!, you should definitely pay them a visit! You won’t regret it!
Great Drinks. Totally recommend Floor is Lava, Dummer Daze spritz and fish and chips. Loved their fries.
So yummy! We’ve been here twice and each time it’s just so good.
I would love to see another vegetarian option, but I like the beet burger so much that it’s okay :)
If you’re going to get appetizers get the sweet potato fries and the Brussels sprouts!!!!!!
The sweet potato fries inspired us to try our own rendition at home & they turned out okay!
Beer and spirits selection is great.
HH prices are a nice choice during the afternoons.
Great menu. Delicious food. Excellent service. I've been to Santa Barbara and Palm Desert location. Dependable place for a big group bc there's something for everyone. Must try the mac n cheese ball, cauliflower bites, and truffles fries.
The food and service was amazing !
Evelyn was our bartender and she gave the best service and made us feel so welcomed!
We will definitely be back !
First time here. Lots of sub par looking restaurants around but this place really killed it. Everything was seasoned well and tasted fresh. Had the Cobb salad sub crispy chicken; the seasoning on the chicken was amazing, slightly spicy, good crisp. My husband got a burger he said was seasoned well and was cooked to the right temperature.
This place has it all, from the atmosphere, to the excellent service, to the amazing food. I'm never let down when I come here for a meal and some drinks. Happy hour (9pm-close) is the best time to come and have some great appetizers and good drinks at a great price. My server Evelyn was amazing, she really knew what she was talking about, and suggested some really good options that are now some of my favorites. This is one of the best choices for a good night out. Ask for Evelyn if you're sitting at the bar!
