Yummy cupcakes and great service! We came closer to their closing time and Lauren was still on top of it and super helpful! She gave us many suggestions, was super patient, and got all of our requests from the back. The cupcakes are yummy and have a good ratio of cupcake to icing. The price is worth it too for amazing cupcakes and super fun flavors!

Posting a note to rave about their customer service. I was having issues with ordering online (I was sending a gift). I called for help and they processed the order with no issues. Super excited to have my friend try their gf options!! (I've not had the gf options but the others have always been yummy)
You have not had a delicious cupcake until you have had Flying Cupcake! This is always on my must do list when I’m in Indianapolis. My favorite is the Pretty in Pink!
I love how friendly the staff is! The cupcakes are beyond delicious! I could eat them everyday! They bake cupcakes fresh everyday! I would recommend any of The Flying Cupcake locations to anyone! I went to the Carmel location and was treated like family! They have the best employees there! You should go and try it for yourself and be AMAZED!! 😍

My favorite cupcake place! Reasonable pricing and great service. Wide variety of cupcakes to choose from, including seasonal and special occasion cupcakes. They have regular and Jumbo cupcakes (great for sharing or keeping all to yourself ^-^). If you like peanut butter and chocolate try Peanut Butter Blackout. Definitely a favorite of mine!
My only complaint is the high price for cupcakes. The rest is pretty amazing.
The cupcakes are fantastic and I'm vegan so it's great to have a place I can actually have a delectable treat with my kids.
It's in the old Baskin Robins which brings back great memories. Almost never a line and your cupcakes are ready to go in no time.

Hottest day of the year so far and their air conditioning was out, not their fault by any means. Both employees were extremely nice and super helpful even with the scorching heat. When I was a retail manager and our A/C would go out, my employees were gassed and not the most friendly. Major kudos to the staff working today as I understand trying to be cheerful and willing to assist others when overheated. Picked up 4 vegan cupcakes and 2 dog treats. Tasted amazing even after they cooked in my backpack riding back home!
