Went on a Monday after work. It was not busy and had a relaxed atmosphere. The hostess and bartender were very friendly and greeted us immediately. Our waitress was nice and helpful. We had the salt and pepper calamari. It was decent but overly salty. I had the shrimp and grits, which was delicious. As with many places that serve this dish, too much grits too little shrimp though. My fiance ordered the shrimp street tacos. They were very tasty, but the tortillas were a bit hard. We ended with the beignets. They were good, but a bit undercooked in the middle. The rum butter sauce that comes on the side was way too sweet for us. Overall it was a good experience and I would return.

A cute atmosphere, great service, delicious food for brunch. Would love to go back for wine. Did not have mimosas but the neighbor table's looked delicious

Delicious and fresh food. We had the guacamole and calamari as an appetizer, yum! The risotto with salmon was creamy and filling, and the beignets were a sweet, sugary treat at the end!

I love Louie's a ridiculous amount. The wine options are awesome and if you have any questions they can help you figure it out. This time I had steak tacos and fries, both of which were delicious. We split a bottle of wine and I also got a mixed drink. Food was great, drinks were great, service was great, and the only downside is that we were too full to order dessert.

FUN place to grab a drink and eat a delicious bite!!! Love it... It can get crowded at peak hours which can fuel to the fun buzz for most and for those who like a quieter environment, they should consider trying Louie's during lunch time. Thumbs up.

Excellent little place. The food is fantastic, there's a wide wine selection from basic table wines to very nice higher end wines. Service is top notch. Overall a good place to spend an afternoon.

Great food in taste and presentation. I had the honey butter grilled chicken sandwich with a greens side salad. I also tried the biscuits and gravy- Wow!! There were some mistakes with the checks but they were resolved quickly by the waitress and the party was big so it is understandable. The manager Freddy is a cool cat, very friendly and personable. The Trainee Mary is sweet and genuine. Will definitely check it out again!

One of my favorites in Broad Ripple. Great atmosphere, wonderful cocktails and wine list, food is good as well but very small menu. I think the brunch is better than dinner. I would highly recommend for appetizers and drinks. We always have great service when we come here and will continue to return.

The food we had at Louie's was very upscale for the Broadripple area. Also, very good. Their wine selection was extensive. We found a nice dry red for my wife and a sweet white for me. The service was responsive and friendly but not overly knowledgeable (perhaps some more training on the menu?). It is also a bit on the expensive side for Broadripple but, you get what you pay for.

I took my mom here for mother's day and it was great! We came in around 3:30 and they were pretty empty at the time. We had great service. The only reason for four stars is because the cheese board was very expensive, took over 30 minutes to be delivered to our table, and then the portions were teensie. It was supposed to be "for the table" but barely enough for one person. We literally got one slice of bread and one cracker to accompany the cheeses. I had a burger and it was super overcooked but somehow still tasted pretty good. I'd go back, but I'd skip the cheese board!

The food here is excellent! I had the breakfast flatbread with the tomato sauce substituted with gravy and it was so good. Our service was a little rough when we went, they only had one server for the shift, but I would come again anyway because the food was so good and they have a nice draft list.

Food & service was fantastic! As it's name suggests, it's variety of wine selection is large giving it an edge over heavy beer eateries in BR. With that said, they also have a choice selection of beers as well. I'd definitely recommend dining here. Atmosphere is more sophisticated than average bar appearances nearby.

A warm environment that does not sacrifice class or elegance. The food is wonderful and and unique, I highly recommend the BLT deviled eggs. Last but certainly not least, the staff were all consummate professionals and treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant right in the middle of their dinner rush.

Waiter somehow remembered my preference in wine and where I'd been sitting several months ago. The staff knows their wine and is great at helping you find the wine you want. Neat cocktails. Great bourbon. Delicious food.

Went here for drinks and dessert with the girls. The bread pudding was divine! Nicer establishment, drinks were pricer, but not horrible and we're tasty. Service was awesome. Would definitely go again!
