My cousin and I have been been very pleased with this place. The restaurant is always clean to eat at. Staff and management very courteous and helpful. Keep your goals high, glad for example of customer service in this store.
The guy that works behind the counter never disappoints he always does a fantastic job at making your food exactly the way you want it. This is why I return Time After Time I love the service and I love the food
I've been in Indy this week for work and have had subway for lunch all 4 days. It's usually very busy at lunch time, but the workers definitely know how to keep the flow moving. Exceptionally fast service and absolutely courteous staff. Food was as good or better than all other subways I've visited around the world. Watching the staff work so hard this week is what prompted me to write this rating. Definitely top-notch service in a "fast-food" environment! Gracias!
This Subway has the cheapest prices in the city compared to other Subways in the area. Literally over a dollar difference compared to the one in the PNC Center. This is my go to Subway in downtown Indy, which has three of them.
I just love the gentleman that Waits on us and fix our sandwiches at that Subway he is so nice so polite and I just love that Subway and I'll always keep going cuz it's right around the corner for me and he is so very nice
Amazing service! The food is better than all the other subways in downtown Indy 🙏🏾 must try the Italian herbs and cheese steak and cheese with provolone it's amazing 🤗😍
