Came for lunch the other day and had the best baked ziti in my life. I was helped by Melissa who was so kind and friendly. She recommended dishes for me and my friends that we had never tried before. Huge success! She is a great employee and made our experience so much better! Definitely recommend :)

Excellent service! Brought in a large group of hungry guys. The shift mgr (I assume) took our orders, delivered the food to the table, check in with us multiple times to see if needed anything, and took our dirty dishes.
We love Fazolis!!! Used to have one in our town but closed so everytime we travel and pass one, we have to visit!!

We arrived close to closing time and they were out of meatballs. We ordered lasagna instead and Mitchell was very nice and polite. They had to make fresh lasagna and apologized for the wait and offer us something to drink while we waited. Is nice customer service and the way they attend to us that made me forget low long we had to wait. Thank you Mitchell.
Fazoli’s donated breadsticks to our community swim team. The staff from the original call to pick up were helpful and respectful. And, of course, the breadsticks were yummy! The kiddos ate them up!
Excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and was very tasty. (Fazoli's bread sticks are the best!) The restaurant was neat and clean. Overall, a great experience. You should eat at this Fazoli's.

The food is great and staff are always friendly and polite. We had the meatball and Italian sub sandwiches and boneless wings with garlic parmasen sauce were all very good.
We had a very large group and they were very quick and accurate with our food. The employees checked on us often and were very accommodating.
