we have been coming to this place for 10 years now, Lucy the owner already know us and already knows what we eat. Food is super delicious and me and my family never get tired of it. I totally recommend this place! They make you feel like family!

This restaurant is the real deal. While they are many Vietnamese/ Pho places around this specific area (i.e. Saigon) this is by far the superior one of all. Not only is the food inexpensive, it is much more authentic than any others. Servings are large and delicious. They have great take-out which is hard to do with soups. Try the beef sour soup...it is the best I have ever had, even better than Vietnam-based restaurants. Do not waste your time at Saigon...instead drive around the block and come here....you will not be disappointed!
Stopped on our way through Indianapolis on a road trip. Pleasant surprise! I hadn't had Vietnamese food in ages and didn't realize how much I missed it! My boyfriend and I shared the beef spring rolls. So fresh! We then each ordered a bowl of bun, my personal favorite. We were very happy that the food was not only delicious, but also came out very fast and was super cheap. We ate for under 20 bucks and we were full! Lastly, the place was quite busy. As my grandpa used to say, "A crowded parking lot is usually a good sign!" Give this place a try!
Under new ownership. All my personal favorites are as good or better than before! That makes me very happy because this is my go-to-place for Vietnames food! You must try!
Completely satisfying. We brought our own wine after calling ahead to make sure the BYOB was accurate. The food and service were delightful. I had the red curry ( tofu, sweet potatoes,and onions) that was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. We shared a vegetable soup with cabbage, noodles and carrot that was the perfect mild complement to the spicier dishes.

I am new to Pho, I only started eating this yummy Vietnamese dish several months ago. I find it is like eating sushi, once you get a taste of it, you crave it weekly. I have jumped from various restaurants sampling the pho dish - mostly vegetarian. I always come back to Sizzling Wok. There is no comparison when it comes to PHO. They know how to make it!!

The pho dac biet...OMG...the pho dac biet! excellent food, unbeatable price...I can't live near that restaurant ...I wouldn't be broke but I'd be sooo fat! Don't miss this place.
Long time favorite. Its so reasonably priced and the food is great. If you're looking for something to try, I suggest the fried catfish (eggplant or ginger) or the fish in clay pot. The pho is great, however (full disclosure) I've only ever had it here or at home.
Cool Lunch. I dined on the Rice Noodle Combination which had marinated beef, rice noodles, a couple pieces of cut up spring roll and some chopped up lettuce and cucumber served in a big bowl with a very sweet sauce that thankfully came on the side. . I would classify it as a "cold salad" which was fine with me on a hot summer day even if it did catch me by surprise. The cripsy brown beef added much to the overall flavor and the greens where fresh and crunchy. I had the taro bubble tea and the tapioca balls were even larger than when I had it at Saigon Market!
Quick, Cheap and Satisfying. The Sauteed Beef Roll is out of this world and the Vietnamese Chicken Soup is more feel-good than your jewish mothers mazza ball.
Great Pho. This is a long time favorite of mine for hot Pho. The broth is rich and full of flavor and all the ingredients are fresh. Good service from the lady in the dining area and the prices are great too. Yes, they have Chinese on the menu but for me the Vietnamese is authentic. The staff and owners are all Vietnamese and have been in business for years. Tried and true.

Second attempt at finding the perfect Indianapolis Vietnamese crepe / pancake. The crepe wasn't the texture i expected, a bit more greasy and doughy. While those descriptors may be off putting the product was nice.
The spices and flavors of ingredients were good, it was a very full crepe and while the shrimp were a little shrimpy they were generous, the pork had great flavor and it was packed with fresh sprouts, and it did have a crisp exterior though not the crispy crunch i expected.
Quality fish sauce, i tried the beef rolls as well and they were average but fine. The service was prompt and hospitable. I fully anticipate this crepe making it to the Indy finals.
Small dining area as expected from a strip mall location however cleaner and cuter than predicted. Super reasonable prices also a major win.
I was on the major hunt for a few speciality Vietnamese dishes that I love/ wanted to try. I had traveled to two places that ended up being closed or didn’t have the items advertised on the menu. I found this place and made the drive. I am so happy I did, this place is absolutely amazing and really hit the spot. I was in food heaven, everything tasted wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I ordered Banh cuon cha lua, Banh xeo, Com Bi Xuong cha. I don’t live in Indy and made a long drive to come here, I will definitely be coming back because they Banh xeo was full and crispy and the fish sauce was perfect. I have seen Banh cuon cha lua on many shows showing food in Vietnam, as well as Com Abi Xuong cha. Both of them hit the notes I felt they should have as far as texture and flavor. I was extremely impressed, I could eat it everyday.
For the last 30yrs since 1992, I have been coming here. Since my beginning days on the Sheriffs Department this has always been one of my favorite small businesses to support. They have always served up great food, service and all provided at the right price. A real Indianapolis GEM - You won't find a better small Vietnamese restaurant. It's amazing and very deserving of a perfect score in all areas. A place I can always recommend with hesitation to my friends, family, and followers!
An absolute must try!!! The best Vietnamese cuisine I have ever had!!! It's a true hidden gem! You definitely won't regret it!! Everything I have ever ordered has been amazing! The staff is the best they really make you feel at home !!! They always remember us! Great food great place great people !! Can't beat it! Have to try the chicken pho, lemon grass chicken and both types of spring rolls! Very high quality!! Very delicious 🤤!

Food is always delicious! We live over an hour away & make sure we always get to Sizzling Wok! We also order some for the next day!! Chicken Pho & beef egg rolls are my favorite!
This small place tucked away in a strip mall on Lafayette Rd has been a consistent go to place for many years. Variety of Vietnamese and Chinese food. Delicious soups, appetizers and meals for every taste. Nice, attentive staff.
Really surprised with how great our experience and our food was at this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant. Our food came out quickly and all four dishes were of excellent quality. Very good restaurant that more people in the area should be visiting.

The food was delicious and customer service was great. Me and my boyfriend combined was 15$. The only thing was it to 15-20 minutes to get our food. There was only one cook back there during a dinner rush. Hopefully they get her more help.
Absolutely the best pho I have ever had. Even better than my mother's. The owner and all the employees here are super sweet to us, and we've come to the point where, whenever we come in they ask us. "same thing?" We're glad to have found this place which gives me a little piece of home.
Great place, will be returning. The food was hot, fast, flavorful, and affordable. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. I had Pho Ga and egg rolls, my partner tried some of the Chinese options. We both left very full and satisfied.
Absolutely the best Pho in the city! My husband, Bob, & I had lunch at this restaurant often times 2X a week. Have tried others around country, but theirs is the most flavorful & the freshest, having been made daily. Lucy & Khan gracious hosts & always remember your name & what you had to eat the last time you visited their establishment. They are wonderful people! You’re never disappointed in their Pho! Delicious!!!

Nice bistro type local Asian restaurant! Surprised to find out that majority of their dishes are under $10!!! Their pho and Chinese dishes are tasty and definitely good value for the money! My friend and I all enjoyed the authentic taste! Will definitely go back next time I’ll be in Indianapolis!
