Today 9/14 We stopped by at around 2:36pm both window 1 and 2 gave exceptional fast service! My 5 yr old even commented on how nice the window staff was today!
Ignore all the boomers saying service is bad. I've never had a single issue with this place other than it being slow.
And with the way the job market is, you can't blame someone for not being motivated or being understaffed. You're at a McDonald's. Grow up.
This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. It was clean, the bathrooms were clean. It looked like it was just remodeled. the manager was super friendly and helped us get exactly what we needed. He told us to sit while he got us napkins and straws. He really made us feel "at home".

Great service as always and even greater deals. The $6 medium combo is amazing. Especially the McCrispy combo ...mmmmmhmm
The employees that I have interacted with are TopNotch!!!! Completely awesome, always friendly and smiling!!!! Always makes my day to swing in there and grab a sandwich for a quick bite to eat when I’m in that area!!!
Food is always hot and fresh too 😁

It's a tight ship for employees at work hours- We appreciate all of you for serving up a warm meal and maintaining a pleasant attitude throughout the process of doing so. Since COVID-19 struck the country, many fast food workers have forgotten the fact that without the customer, there wouldn't be a job to go to. This location has seemingly never forgotten the art of Customer Service. Thank you for each and every one of you for your efforts.

With all due respect to other managers and general managers that has worked at this South Sherman Drive location! But this place has been MISSING the NEW manager that’s there NOW name Adrian (spell check)!!!! When I tell you this place has been the CLEANEST CONTINUOUSLY, QUIETEST, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, RESPECTFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE A MUST, WORKERS REALLY WORKING, FEEL THE LOVE WHEN YOU WALK IN, FOLLOW THE BOOK MCDONALD’S I HAVE EVER SEEN IT IN MY 45 YEARS LIVING OUT SOUTH!!!! This place was so trash, unprofessional, dirty, ALWAYS, closing the inside, with a bunch of playful lazy teens running it…….I was starting to HATE this place but THANK GOD for mature grown people that does their job d**n well and that doesn’t mix business with friendships!!!! I definitely hope he’s here to stay and not just a trainer that was sent to get it together then leave and rite back to square one of the unprofessional foolery!!!! The owners, corporate office, or whoever DEFINITELY NEEDS to thank him in MANY ways for bringing this business back to life like it needs to be ran!!!!
This is the best McDonalds around the area for putting out food the way its supposed to be. Excellent quality and service. More accurate than other locations as well; you won't be forced to go back to fix things or suffer through errors as often as most places have you accustomed to. The one error I did have was still well made, and they quickly resolved the issue when presented with the problem as well.
There food is great, and that's why they are so busy.. the only issue that seemed to arise from this is that some dining in area were pretty in need, but to be fair there might have been a shift switch happening, so I don't want to count it against them too heavily as everything else was superior service.
Worth driving past the closest McDonalds to get to... DO IT!
Service was super fast and good no complaints at all.
