You just can't go wrong here every Sandwich I've ever had has been amazing they always make it to perfection and will change anything that you need the friendly staff very clean inside just makes it feel like a welcoming place to eat pretty quick service amazing lemonade and their cookies are amazing

Staff waa friendly, with quick service. Took our food to go. My cheesteak sandwich was good and the lemonade had just the right amount of sweetness.
They always go above and beyond to make sure they have the hottest freshest and best tasting sandwiches every time!!
The food was great. Nice people serving. I'll be back!

I just got off work and I saw this location was about to close at 10pm . It was 9:46pm when I called to see if I can still place an order . Hannah and the manager on duty were extremely polite and welcoming even though they were about to close for the day . Thank you for great customer service .

Idk the lady's name who took my order this morning 3/5/23 right at 1130am. She needs a raise IMMEDIATELY. Or some recognition. She took customer service to the level of expert. She was orderly, calm, kind, listened, and was quick and efficient and she had a smile on the whole time, even telling the customers thank you as she's slamming out orders on the stove. It was busyyyyy. She killed it!!!!!! Her partner isnt getting my full 10/10 but she did good to keep up.
The manager Sarah is so nice and always helpful. And I love their subs ❤️
I always order the same sandwich which is the steak and cheese but I only get mushroom bell pepper mayonnaise and cheese I don't do the pizza sauce to me that sounds terrible, but the sandwich is always delicious, fresh, and the customer service is great. From the time I ordered my food so the time I got my food was 5 minutes or less so they're pretty fast. Their fries are delicious a little too pricey if you ask me but they're fresh cut and I believe they're cooked in peanut oil. I don't get to eat here often but when I have Juanita $30 I will take my mom ouch to Penn Station to get a sub sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant it was very good

(UPDATE 2: I was contacted by someone from the company again, who reports that although there can be supply chain issues at times outside the control of the restaurant, that the issue is currently resolved, and more work will go into preventing this issue from occurring again).
(UPDATE: I was contacted by someone from the company who will be looking into the issue.) TO PEOPLE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY. Food was good, but this location has been having an issue with keeping Regular Cups in stock, and make the customer purchase Large ones. I ask if they can charge me for a Regular since they show Regular Cups on the menu, and it's on them that they didn't keep Regular in stock; they always say "no". The cost of pop for them between a Regular and Large is miniscule, and it has been MONTHS between that first visit and the second, where they still have not kept adequate stock of Regular Cups. I will not be returning to this location. I try to think if a group of 4 people went in to eat and all were forced to buy larger sizes, how much extra money was taken by the restaurant, for something the customers did not want, for something the restaurant advertises but never fixes.
