Ordered papa johns last night & picked it up on my way home. I must say, everyone working there definitely deserves a huge kudos!! They were visibly SUPER busy & every single employee was working their butts off! My pizza wasn’t ready when I arrived & they apologized multiple times even though I completely understood because they were so busy. Everyone there moved fast & you could clearly see the team work!! I was very impressed last night! Especially after terrible experiences with the dominos down the street! Love this store!
BTW: the free doughnut holes were suuuper yummy!!! Thank you papa johns On E Washington st!!!
The parm bread sticks are amazing and fill you up.
Tried the new garlic stuffed crust pizza and was extremely satisfied with the taste. I'm always happy when ordering from here.
Always enjoy their pizza. My kids love it too. We don't eat out very often, though on the occasions we do Papa John's is always considered.
Incredible customer service! Guys working the night of 7/16 deserve a raise, got our pizza done quick, and even brought it out to us in our car. Guy who brought pizza out even warned us about an incoming storm, thanks so much.
Whoever the lady was that answered the phone and fixed our order (our mistake not theirs) deserves a raise . Perfect customer service , professional, and even though we were going to drive and pick it up, they had it delivered at no cost (yes we tipped).

I Just want to say that Caleb, the GM at Papa John's at 3737 East Washington is an amazing manager. Before I became disabled I worked with the public (including food service) for over 20 years. I know how hard it can be to deal with angry, upset customers. I had the worst experience tonight with this store. I was made to feel like they were not taking any responsibility for the situation. I talked to someone at PJ headquarters and they sent my dispute to them and told me I would hear from someone within 24-48 hrs. An hour and a half later I got a call from Caleb who made me feel like I was important enough to hear my complaint and take action to fix the situation. He was polite and really knew how to correct the mistake. He was the only one who didn't try to put the blame on someone else instead of trying to fix the situation. I just want to Thank him for all his help and let the person know who hired Caleb that they made the right choice in hiring him to run that store. It is because of Caleb that I gave my 4 star rating😊😊

I have not ordered from Papa Johns in a long time due to horrible past experiences. However today I felt the urge and wanted some Papa Johns. Not only was my delivery here at my home in a timely manner, my food was hot, delicious, and my delivery driver used social distancing practices and was extremely friendly. With this being said I will start ordering from this location more often with the amazing service I got today. Good Job Papa Johns you have got your customer back!
Awesome staff! I ordered 15 pizzas and they were ready on time. They helped me to my car and the pizzas were hot.
It's been a while since I ordered from Papa John, their quality has been decreasing for the last couple of years. Today was our first order after many many years and to our surprise, it took only 5 minutes before the pizza arrived and the pizza is good. Keep it up!
