The Faith McDonalds in Broad Ripple has recently remodeled their restaurant. The decor is more modern and spacious and slightly industrial in design on the inside now. They've added large touch screens that you can place your order and then have it brought to your table. Having tried this new concept, I've found that once you get used to the touch screen interface it saves some time. The staff is generally friendly and the new managers seem to be working on improving service speed and cleanliness of the restaurant.
I love going there, they are always fast and friendly, its my go to place, wish they had biscuits and gravy again
The place was very clean, and the food and service were good.
I do wish they would offer ketchup with no HFCS. And please don't replace it with invert sugar, which is basically the same thing even though it's made from sugar cane.
I know they say, "It's just sugar. Your body doesn't know the difference." I'm diabetic and my glucose meter says they're lying.

In my old age I try and stay away from fast food, simply because it makes me feel like I’ve been poisoned. Sure exceptions are made especially if it’s late night and you’ve been drinking, but I digress.
I’ve been hearing about this world collection at McDonald’s, all of it looked tasty, but one thing really stuck out to me as I need to try this now, and that was the stroopwaffle McFlurry.
I wish I could say that I have been abroad to Europe and that’s how I got turned onto stroopwaffles, but the answer is actually domestic and simple. They are what my mom serves on flights and she turned me on to this treat.
It was a journey to actually be able to try one, I work on north keystone and thought hey, why don’t swing on down to McDonald’s and get this as an after lunch snack? Of course the ice cream machine was broken. After that I had given up hope of being able to try one, but I had to go to Broadripple to drop off some things for work at fedex, was going to my car and looked at the McDonald’s, thought, hey I’ll bet they have a working ice cream machine. They did. So I got one stroopwaffle McFlurry and it was everything I hoped it would be. Carmel filled and delicious! The McDonald’s in Broadripple is actually very nice! Seemed like a hang out for people to work and it was very clean.
Front cashier attendant was very kind, polite and professional. The lobby was extremely clean and food was fresh and delicious. If I could give 10 stars I would. 10/10
No TP. Everything needed to re-stocked. Fry's were soggy, fish microwaved to yuck. Very curtious team ✌️ they seemed understaffed.
Just like I wanted it. No bun. And the Diet Coke was crispy…just like the bacon. So good.
Typically have nothing nice to say about this McDonalds and avoid like the plague, but last nights wait for fresh nuggets was well worth it. Hooked me up with sauces, super nice guy taking orders, and same same with the guy handing out food. It made me see this McDonalds in a new light based on my previous experiences. Keep up the good work, will be back.
