Best customer service experience I've EVER had. Came through drive thru @12:23 today says Yasmin R. Was cashier everyone I spoke with was super friendly, food was fresh & good But the young manager who is pregnant is who made my visit so wonderful & much needed in today's cold world. I live 0.3 m from w.washington st store but refuse to go because they are so rude but I will drive the 2.5 m from now on to this store just for the great service
If there were more stars, I’d give 10. Hands down best taco bell in NAPTOWN. I honestly don’t understand how this taco bell isn’t at 4 stars yet already… they have amazing service, quality, there’s nothing better than 10th street Taco Bell. Tonight there was a man named Kevin who stuck out to me because of his amazing service and that is the whole reason I’m writing this review. Fresh, fast, I can’t remember a time they’ve let me down!
Update 6/22/23 - EXCELLANT food & service. Very nice employees. /❤ This is my favorite Taco Bell! I go out of my way to eat here. 😃 The Power Bowl with grilled chicken was very good & healthy! I also LOVE the grilled cheese burrito! 😃 / Great dining experience! Spacious Taco Bell. My food was excellant - plenty of filling in my soft tacos. I love the decor & music. There are lots of windows to see outside. Fast service & restaurant was clean. I'll be back! 😊
They are very prompt, informed, good associates. I never have an issue with my order. The tacos are stuffed full. The only Taco Bell I go to. ⭐✨⭐✨🔔🔔🔔

Slow service but food is good and its in a convenient location.
Inexpensive, quick, and wrapped in a tortilla - everything you expect from a Taco Bell. They've installed machines to take your order and a rack for mobile pickups, which is nice. Only marked it down one star because my drinks were missing from my order and it took multiple attempts to get the attention of the staff in order to get some cups.
The food was great. Luis M. was very kind and friendly, he also helped me out big time with rushing out to hand me my debit card. Thank you Luis.
Me and my friend we through the drive through and when we paid we didn’t get our card back but Luis M made sure to run out and track us down before we left and gave it to us! Thanks Luis!
This location is consistently the best Taco Bell location in the area for quality food and service.
One of the nicest Taco Bells I've ever been in. It was clean and the service was good. Food was what you would expect from Taco Bell. I'll leave that for individual interpretation. 😁

Good food service is a little slow
My sons came thru for our family and had a pretty large order.. I always expect mistakes, especially with large orders. I am very happy to say I was wrong!! Not 1 missing item, everything was made exactly as ordered, thr service was fast and friendly! This location is a bit out of the way and we actually have to pass 2 other taco bells to get here, but I think we just may have to start doing that! Thank y'all so very much!
Normally a great experience here but unfortunately after ordering two Beef Chalupas, i get home from work to discover they were Black Bean Chalupas. Please. If you think someone is ordering some weird unusual thing like Black Bean Chalupas, repeat the damn order so you know you're not wasting someone's money.
